... Freecops in SA:MP should be considered SAPD since they represent the SAPD police force, but they aren't actually a part of the ARPD itself, but that's just my opinion.
Actually all law enforcement are ARGONATH ... hence ARPD, BUT you have to apply to SAPD... so freecops do NOT represent SAPD, although then can aspire to it..

No man, I was saying that's my opinion of how it should be, not how it is, and yes, I agree with you. I was saying switching the way it was stated to make it less confusing, not changing how it works.

Perhaps we should develop ARPD (SA Branch) Regulations?
At this point, which two more potential server departments opening up, (one of which is already accepting applications), it might be a good idea to switch to such a system.
