When it asks if you had any criminal records it means on your freecop/cadet/officer RP CHARACTER. If you want to RP a speeder then it has NO affect on your application! The point of that is to see that we do not want a person who RPs a criminal officer! Another example: XYZ_Stracci wants to join the SAPD. XYZ_Stracci does a crime OFF DUTY. XYZ_Stracci goes ON DUTY and RPs a cop named "Bob_Smith". His name OVER HIS HEAD is XYZ_Stracci but when you ask him his name ON DUTY it'll be Bob_Smith. meaning even though you're in Stracci you can still RP a cop.

You can be in SM and a cop also...but while you're a cop you can't be like "Oh yea my mafia boss said I should join the SAPD!!"...You have to act as though your cop character is different then your Mafia one.
