Senior Officer Badandy - His Struggle Told
« on: February 08, 2011, 02:52:13 am »
September 22, 2009
Badandy first applies for SAPD!

When I first applied for SAPD, I was immature and thought I knew it all. Before I applied for SAPD, I applied for the FBI, That wasn't a fun treat either. I was lieing alot on my applications when I was still Immature little brat, Call me a brat now and be hit by nightstick ;) I wasn't much active on the server either, I didn't know how to make arrests or pursue anyone till application number 2!

January 26, 2010
Badandy the second application but gets what he wants!

My second application happened months after my first application and I was still immature but not as much as before, I was still making idiotic comments and sayings back then. I met Officer Tinman on my second application but back then he was Senior Officer Tinman. He helped me alot with trainings and made me a good cop. I was finally accepted into the SAPD Academy and I was happy as a jolly horse! I was trained by Tinman and Julian, Both are now current friends. The Academy closed and I lost my cadet rights, I started to go down hill from there and got mad at things.

May 02, 2010
The Wagon goes Down Hill

The Academy reformation was over and I applied once again, I was mad about what happened  but I still applied. I got many recommendations from high ranks and low ranks. I met a close friend that is still a friend to me to this day, His name is Blinky. He was a SAPD SGT back then but now hes a ARPD Officer. I was thinking I should be Cadet because I was before and Blah. I got rejected by Deputy Chief Vince for being a lone wolf, I wasn't doing much teamwork back then. I still didn't give up.

May 18, 2010
I almost gave up..
In this stage of my Application spree, I was being bossy of other cops and shit. I was working with cops though like I wasn't doing in my other applications.

lol give it up man
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But I didn't listen to him, I didn't give up. My Mind then went wild and I withdrew my application and applied for FBI.

May 30, 2010
I finally made it..
Our Final Chapter of my story.. I applied once again after a while, I got more recommendations. I was starting to go into hardcore RPs and save people from the awful killing sea and much more on cop duty. Tinman started to help me much more and partoled with me. I got accepted into the SAPD Acadmey because I had a Interview with Boozman and I promised to HIM! that I will shape up and do what I'm suppose to do, After that Promise I got my cadet rank. A Coupe cops gave me sessions but the Main man was Jimmy_Bowling, He is still a current friend and He helped me and gave me my Officer's Test and I finally passed and got into the SAPD as a Official Officer. Afterward, I applied for LSPD and got in. Ever since I was working with LSPD.

It took me almost exactly a year to become a SAPD Officer!!  September 22rd, 2009 - September 23rd, 2010

NEVER be like me in my First applications but be me on my last application.

My story is about finish.. But I'm showing some old stuff I got like Videos, and Pics!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uX06ZcB-Ik - A Pursuit Video

Look through all my Applications and You will learn something.

Never give up, Look at me. It took me a year and I am still pumping!

Signed,
Senior Officer Badandy

Sure is interesting.

On that Video... You need to mace the suspect... or chase him with a baton earlier than you did... that's what led to him getting to the car :P Small tip.

 :cop:

Wow! I'm very speechless. I didn't even know it took you a year to get accepted. Time flies. You should write a novel now because that is just the outline. :D

After I look back now, you have improved significantly because I remember when there were people wasn't even going to give you a chance in the police force. But I knew if I could just keep working with you, you would make a great officer. Everyday I logged onto the server and kept patrolling and teaching Badandy the rules, laws of regulations, and police procedures. I'm just impressed the fact that you made it very far and kept with it. You now show great dedication to Los Santos Police Department.

A Message to All:
There are multiple players that are immature and is twelve year olds, but I believe that you need to teach them a valuable lesson that patience is the key. That is what I told Badandy is to just wait, and yes he stayed with it for a year which is extremely incredible. Now I think you should give yourself a chance to train somebody new. This somebody could be twelve years old, immature, but is smart for his age. Do you think you should give him a chance or are you just going be like "Hey there is that somebody, and he blah blah blah." No let's don't do that shit, as I saw people do it to Badandy. These people were stubborn enough that a few lost there jobs from SAPD. The people that are self-fish and don't want to give up their own time and patrol with new players. Just like this one sub-division as Badandy come into the ventrillo. The first thing I heard "I don't like that guy because his balls hasn't dropped yet" Saying stuff like that about other people shows a lot about yourselves. As SAPD, we need to help new players that act that way and if they don't want to learn then tell them to leave or get cop banned. The main point here is to not let anybodies chances taken away from SAPD because they are too young. SAPD is built to be made for everybody of all ages but they have to learn what to do and what not to do and that is where your help comes in. Just think about this a little bit, and remember help other people out that are interested in the police department. Because they could become a good-active captain.

Respec'  ;)

This sounds kinda like me - I remember the Academy reformation, although I never lost my IG cadet rights due to inactivity, which made it kind of less frustrating for me

Nice story.
You are one of the best officers in SAPD now. Even being bullied by ppl u still wanted to become officer, u never gave up, and that is something I respect on a person. :app:
Remember, you are a police officer, not a douche with a shiny badge. Protect and serve, not kill and suspect.

Very nice Andy, respect for you.

I'm 14 years old, started Argonath at 12 years old and nobody believe that I'm a 14 years old boy.  :(
They all want me to be old.
