Will SRU be brought back? I miss having SRU on the server as it is one of the most professional law-enforcement teams made. They had great tactics. Hopefully SRU will be brought back in the server, to keep the citizens and cop lives safe.

I was a criminal at the time SRU was around.

None of the criminals thought SRU were professional.

Neither did I when I was an Ancelotti while SRU was there, until I personally joined them. Criminals doesn't realize that tactics are being used which cause them to die all the time.  I also called them a DM squad, DM team, abusers, etc, but when I joined them and saw how they worked, i realized that they were not abuser or any of that kind, same with Aldo.

-It lacked formality.
-It lacked supervision.
-It lacked leadership.

Yes, it was a superb group in terms of teamwork and organization, but it didn't have the crucial factors of a true, successful group.

SRU were like the first responders..not SWAT.

SRU usually reacted on suspects and caught them, SWAT only responds to heavy situations and that also takes them time to mobilise, SRU was already ready for action.
SRU was like Light-SWAT which pretty much narrowed down the amount of officer casualties and suspects escaping.
I really wish SRU was back..

PS:This new reward system of 100$ for not using a PD vehicle drove all Officers crazy, thus nobody no longer patrols in LV-pursuit buffaloes at all, the buffalos cant even pay for guns when the officer dies.

SRU was a bunch of orange hunting with combat shotguns, m4, and armour who drove around in buffalos looking for any suspect they could get, this included minor crimes like evading..I would know seeing I was in SRU for the short period I was in it. Hell even the most recent SWAT team lead by Jay Adams or James Hunter when I was apart of that SWAT team exceeds any level I would put SRU on..

Heh, SWAT were called in to clear their own HQ due to a bomb scare thing.

Argonath Army arrived fully kitted out, guns, Armor, Uniforms and had cleared the place out correctly before SWAT had even arrived

How can you even say SRU lacked leadership? Without the leading of Ben Samiir it would never have achieved what it was. There was a lot of supervision in SRU.

Okay, SkyHawk. How could you even say there were orange dot hunters? The ONLY suspects we chased was: Assaulters, murders and mafia guys. So if we put it like this: Citizen1 gets suspected for evading by officer1. Later on officer1 reports a C30 on citizen1. Now SRU responds and take care of it.
Citizen2 gets suspected for shooting by officer2, SRU responds immediately.
But now; Mafiaguy gets suspected for evading, SRU responds as they KNOW that mafia guys often start C30's. Therefore before the C30 starts, SRU will already be there and have already taken care of the suspect.

See my point?  We chased mafia/gang guys with any crime since they often start C30's. And we chase normal guys suspected for assault / shooting.

LSPD-SRU is Closed

LSPD-SWAT is Open. They are different please notice it LSPD-SRU is just a call sign for the LSPD SWAT Team it is not the old SRU Group with the old SRU Tactics.
