I read your application and took the decision instantly. Sorry but you have been denied. I am not sure that you understand the conception at all. Excuse me but "...pretty good killer" is quite disturbing. We are not seeking for killers in LCPD, the force is used as final solution. I suggest you to apply after few weeks. Use the time to read carefully our procedures, codes, etc. Concentrate on playing as free cop for now.
