Stupid Brother prank

My brother thought it would be funny to change my e-mail address on my main account "TheBuddahHunter"
Now i cannot access it as i need to validate the new email change. And somehow i  dont think "[email protected]" Exists

How can i change the email address.

Can anybody help me
