The SFPD one has a different suspension than the LSPD one, because it is used in the countryside, and on roads which go up and down a lot  ;)

For whoever mentioned that the sultan is good in towns and that it is hard/impossible tp keep up with, it is not a problem for me, you should just learn to drive :)

Chris drived with all 3 PD Cruisers (LVPD,SFPD,LSPD ... but only SFPD,LVPD get recorder) Thats why he told "The speed is same"

The sultan is slower than Police cruiser, do not drive-by it unless you're under threat from the sultan such as being shot by the passengers.
