Today's greatest arrest

After a hard shootout headed in Little-Havanna by BasketBall Courts, all the police was chasing [IT]Rapture,[IT]Marcell and [IT]Klaus ( less cuz he wasnt wanted so bad like Marcell {MoneyMunchers..} ). After lot of tries, we decided to do a EMP Block-Assault and we did it. I managed to kill [IT]Marcell and [WS]Verz ( A great cop I have to admit ) worked out to take [IT]Rapture down.
