Leroy is been nice knowing and serving with you in the SAPD. You were always a dedicated cop who put in alot of great effort into shaping SAPD's future. I will miss our days as SWAT members working side by side tackling crime. I remember once telling you as a Lieutenant you will make it as a Chief if you carry on the work and you did. As a chief you gave alot of people opportunity to succeed include me.

I wish you success in your life and if you put in the same effort as you did in SAPD, there is no doubt you will prevail. I hope i will see you on the street once more whenever you have free time.

Sad to see you leave Leroy. I remember back in days when you and Plam always created organized patrols for LVPD, and I actually loved being a part of it. Was good old times, then you was promoted to Captain, and last Chief. I am really proud of what you've reached within SAPD since middle of 2010 and it just shows how the chances are succeeding in the SAPD.

I wish you best of luck achieving success in real life. You will be a loss, but never forgotten.

So, you expectin from resignation topic only moans and deaths IRL because Leroy resigned? Sugar, IRL is priority, i totally understand it. Someone have other feelings than some other players.
