car mods and installing

Hello all! Sry if i post this in the wrong topic!  OK, my question is next ! 
Where can i get some car mods and how i can install them ?

sry but i relly dont know i can i install the mods and i diddnt know any sites from where i can get some mods!
so im waiting for some answers :P

You can install car mods in two different ways. 1 - using the IMG Tool yourself, or, 2 - using the SAMI (San Andreas Mod Installer), which is 100x easier..

none of them is easy, i got SAMI, and i dont understand anything how to get it all,

i download a mod, then i dont know what to do,
and after that you must be able to select the good file with the mod at SAMI, and then be able to install it,
well i dont understand it

and where download:
go on google.com, search for SAMI,
highest result you get, on that site you can download SAMI and also mods, its the best(the site most ppl use here only give site fault, so cant download there)
