Hello, I am a good officer because I know the codes I know rules I know all for SAPD . In ARPD can enter everyone but in SAPD can't because in SAPD is only members with experience in Argonath RPG,but and in Cop Duty. I think I'm good for SAPD because I have friends in SAPD, I have all. I want to enter in SAPD because the SAPD need some cops with a big experience no a members which played  of 2month or less. I played in copduty- 4month/7month. I think is the moment to apply and to get Accept.If you want to test me I give tell to you now: "I KNOW ALL". That is no good reason and you'll most likely get this application rejected aswell.
Oh, and by the way, do not mix English with Romanian...in order to join the SAPD you should be also able to know English well enough so you can communicate properly.
