Cadet in game, citizen in forum

At Friday, i saw that my application was missing. So i checked succesful applicants, and i saw, that i got to Academy. But in forum, i am still Citizen. Do i have to wait for any training or admins just forgot to change it?

Name is half english and half estonian: Newarvuti. You know what means "new" and "arvuti" is in Estonian computer: new computer
I use this, that no one will come for this idea. I have used it over 6 months.
