Story: Not once did this officer suspect me, and shot me down while STANDING. He shots everyone whos standing and kills him eventually. I request a copban on this player, if possible. He suspected me for evade, and I was standing still. He crashed into me..

I ARPD Officer Cena44 Have witnesses the abuses of Mike_Balzini for 6 Hours, I have many proves of him:
shooting non moving suspects
attacking people officers

I witnessed such actions from his side in the last weeks/days and after countless warnings, copbans have been applied aswell..
Today I started observing him and, at one point, I got morderator Matrixbob to freeze him and we discussed with him. Matrix told me that I could either copban him or give him a last chance.. I decided to give him that chance and started explaining the rules. Because he didn't understand English I called a translator who knew portuguese there and explained him what he should stop doing...hopefully he will not abuse anymore.

I am a witness AND a victim of this officers abuse. We were driving, the officer stopped infront of us, we tried to go around him and we got suspected for "not stopping" I think, as soon as I was suspected, I immediately got off the bike and was typing /gu. In the one second of me getting suspected and getting off the bike to type gu I was already dead.

San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the report ARPD Report - Mike_Balzini.

Like I said, this officer was given a last chance before being copbanned. Yesterday, we explained him the rules and told him to stop abusing the /suspect command and/or shoot standing suspects. If this occures once again, try reporting him to an administrator and if nobody replies, report him again here. Next time serious actions are to be taken.

As a result of this, we have decided the following;

- Verbal warning issued to Officer Mike Balzini and rules were explained to him.
