Fort Carson Police Department
Operation #1
Weaponry transport!

Name of operation: Weaponry transport!
Date of operation: July 14th, 2012
Purpose of operation: Distribution of duty weapons (additional to food) to both: Dillimore Police Precinct - El Quedabros Sheriff's Office.

Team roster:

Operation supervisor: S. L. Valdes
Escort-truck driver: Celeborn Fasi
Vehicle B-1: S. L. Valdes
Vehicle B-2: Nim Collin
Vehicle B-3: Danny Bowers (later joined)
Vehicle B-4: Warren
Vehicle B-5: Dolfa Kiedis (later joined)
Vehicle F-1: Rijav
Extra security: Doggi

Brief:

At approximately 1420 ZULU, and after a quite noticeable inactivity in the Cases and Reports desk, I decided to update my status and head right away to Fort Carson sheriff's office. There, officers Doggi, Collin, Rijav and our truck driver, former ARPD commissioner Fasi. Who I contacted earlier for a contract with the Fort C. Police Department. Fortunately, he agreed to be the escort-truck driver due to his passion besides the law. I reported the status of the operation over the radio, and quite frankly this is the first time that other departments are interested, additional to the satisfying number of attending units. I advised those units to join channel seven-seven-nine-two which is the departmental channel, and that for better communication. I briefed the officers with the operation purpose and the destinations. I liked the enthusiasm and the spirit of these officers.. After the briefing, I called officer Doggi who helped me carrying the package out of the office, and after, we both have put it inside the truck.

Officer Doggi also had the idea to be the extra security-man, this time inside the trailer. Until then, we didn't know his true goal behind that proposal! Outside, the other officers were getting ready to move on and expect the unexpected, luckily the roster had tactical effects. Our first destination was the El Quedabros Sheriff's office, and as always beginning with the closest. The charming view of the nature in our way to the chosen destination almost stole our attention with attempt to fool us, but we kept driving and of course with abiding the driving laws of the state. Las Barrancas' reputation was not so good due to multiple bank robberies there. Since twenty-ten, the population started to decrease more and more. Passing-by the last location (Las Barrancas) would be a miracle if this was before twenty-ten. Anyways, back on the subject, we finally made it to the Sheriff's office of El Quedabros. Two subjects have joined us, officers Warren and Bowers. Quarter of the package has been stored into the office.

Meanwhile, another operation was at another city as execution to a court warrant. And to support our operation, our funding was 50.000 Argonath Dollars received via SAPD Banking. We have been advised by the chief of police to spend it wisely. And indeed, it was spent wisely in order to distribute more. Luckily, it was quickly received via El Quedabros A.T.M to carry on our mission. It was night, and as usual it was hard to drive, and therefore safety was vital. We proceeded with caution. An other joined the operation surprisingly; officer Kiedis. Finally, we made it to Dillimore Police Department, and placed the package inside the precinct. Operation has been successfully done.. and something was found out later: Officer Doggi has ate almost all the food inside the trailer. Anyways, it was not a problem and the operation went excellent overall. I personally reported ten-seven near the Gas Station for paperwork duty.

Financial report:

A sum of 10.000 Argonath Dollars has been spent overall on: Additional bullets for duty weapons, more pepper spray cans. [LATER] Bulletproof vests for more surviving skills at the hard counties.

Operation report Bible:

ALL attending units, are called officers. And that to avoid difference between positions in the police roster. A PART of the brief summary, is pure roleplay. Overall, ALL the brief summary is based on roleplay. ALL attending units, have been treated FAIRLY. No difference.

Signed,
S. L. Valdes

Patrol report - ARPD Officer Doggi
18/07/2012

Number of patrols executed today: 5

Number of suspects chased: 7

Number of suspects surrendered: 2

Number of suspects taken down (Non lethal force used):0

Numbers of suspects taken down (Lethal force used): 2

Number of Investigations given: 1

Number of suspects unsuspected after Investigation: 0

Number of suspects detained after Investigation: 1

Brief explanation of patrol day:
Received a call out to respond to a group of suspects evading police, in a boat, situation was C30.
After a while, our police group, also took on a patrol boat, spotted the suspects shooting at us, so we returned fire.
One suspects got shot down, by me, lethal force was used.

Later on the day, during a regular patrol inside the city of Las Venturas, i violently got stopped by a person, who started behaving strange, he destroyed two windows of my cruiser, after negotiations failed, to bring the suspects to a halt, he started to use physical violence on myself and a few civilians, passing by - keeping my eye on the suspects, i saw he drew a weapon, as soon as he aimed, i returned fire to protect the civilians and myself.

Later on, patrolling near Idlewood, i came across a person who looked a lot like a person on a poster, Warrant for arrest was ordered on that person, due to the reason of "Evading".
After a short discussion, the suspect surrendered, after giving him an Investigation, he was declared GUILTY and detained inside LS Police Department jailing system, for 25 days (25 seconds)

Signed,
SAPD Applicant,
Doggi
