ARPD Officer Rule violators:

1. Officer Name - Short description of the violation.
Officer Konami flamed me and continued flaming and provoking after admin warnings.
Short description of the violation. I was driving into the PNS when Konami came behind me ramming me, then he exits, I reenter the PNS because he wrecked my car, he repeatedly yells "Motherf**ker" and "Move motherf**ker" to me, admin Rydell_Downson comes and warns him not to flame, as the admin drives off, Konami provokes the admin with .l. (as seen in screen shots) Then he continues to follow me, flaming by calling me a "Motherf**ker" Then when I PM him to tell himt o expect a report he provokes me by saying .l. again.

I dont see any duty violations ? Flaming and provoking is clearly administration matter.
