ARPD reports are the same as court cases. Except there is no courtroom... I want you to understand that I'm a party as well, I represent Mr. Montague in this report and therefore I'm eligible to post here.

First Monte if you are not going to show a simple respect towards fellow officers, then its pointless to even investigate and I should take actions right now.
Keep this clear out of arguments and Monte I seriously advise you to drop "corruption" claims, unless you can back it up in anyway.

Second I will be the one handling this report, because Lieutenant Adams requested third party with a trouble makers such as yourself.

Third Officer Valdes, while this report is filed here on ARPD forums, the only representing party is ARPD, NP is nothing and worthless in this report.
You are not as well allowed to be apointed as lawyer, due to that this is not a court case its a report.

If any of the two parties have anything else to add do so now, investigation starts tomorrow and I intend to lock topic in mean time to refrain from additional arguing.

Summary: From what I read trough whole report, investigation was denied because the crime at the end was murder, which is true if you did murder someone investigation cannot be provided and your crime is valid. Now on another side the awful behavior that was shown from these 2 ARPD Officers both IG and within this report for numerious time will cost them.

Punishment:
Deshawn Wallace - Copban of 3 days for the awful behavior shown to the civilian, its obvious this officer didn't even came on duty to provide normal policing.
[NP]Monte.Montague - Copban for 7 days
 - Awful behavior shown to the civilians
 - False accussions of highest level(corruption) towards command member
 - Complete disrespect for SAPD's structure and system.
