Why do you want join:
I was in SAPD for about 1 and a half year ago, doing great, after the incident where I got fired from LSPD Lieutenant posistion I lost motivation. Since then, I have been inactive started on a new school and just been active on ArgonathRPG for periods. Now I feel ready to come back, I still think I can do great work as an Officer, I still have my skills to, roleplay, drive, have a clear mind and lead units.

Aswell my interest for ArgonathRPG is SAPD, SAPD is what I used to be in, and want to get back into, even tho I may not achieve what I did before as I don't have the same amount of time as I had before.

Incidents:

1.)
        -The MDC was clear, we were doing regular patrol in the City of Los Santos, we drove by the famous Heroin spot at East Los Santos, We caught a well known civillian in the act picking up a package of heroin. On instinct we blocked him in an as he had a vehicle with him, he immideatly surrendered and was taken to Los Santos Police Department for further investigations and resulted in jail time and frisking for heroin. 

2.)
        -We had just assisted some officers in a puresuit at Bone/Tierra. Passing by Las Payasadas and Veardant Meadows we noticed a civillian down at the bay near Verdant Meadows, another well known Heroin spot. We drove around and in to the area to check it out, the civillian immideatly opened fire at us, there was a helicopter on the roof for escaping. I took the decision that he opened fire at us to protect his order, he was waiting for the heoin to arrive, therefor we took good time, opened fire from distance to avoid officers taking damage. He was taken down before the products arrived. 

3.)
        -Los Santos was on fire, criminals were going crazy and the police had to get in and wrap it up. a big situation took place when a rolling C30 attempted a respray in Idlewood, Los Santos. They were blockd in and neutralizen quickly, without very much civil or police damage.

Operation Summary:
As I planned to organize a patrol in SF jurisdiction many officers showed up, so I called Lieutenant Perry and we decided to have a global patrol! With more than 21 officers joining we were able to cover up the whole map of SA and deal with all kind of situations we met.

As the patrol started, communication was a bit loose but it became tighter and tighter as time passed, and with the great help of Lieutenant Def, we were able to keep up with the units leaving and joining keep the whole patrol greatly organized for the whole time, in each jurisdiction we had a leader, myself for SF, Lieutenant Perry for LS, and Fred Wakefield for LV. Each jurisdiction leader kept his units organized and a great spirit of teamwork was shown which made the operation successful.

We responding to all backup calls we received and dealt with them successfully, through the whole patrol we took ten suspects into custody and detained eleven suspects, beside one major C30A situation in Blueberry ; which we also dealt with successfully, everything was quite and no suspect managed to escape during the whole patrol.



Incidents:

1.)   The first incident of the patrol was a suspect evading on mordor’s bridge, with the help of LVPD units, the suspect was pushed into water, and unfortunately he stood on one of the bridges posts and opened fire on officers with a combat shotgun, but LVPD’s units managed to get a boat and take the suspect down.

2.)   Afterwards we had a suspect evading in SF, SFPD units successfully got the suspect out of his car, but he started evading on foot, but he was taken down.



3.)   LVPD units also managed to end several pursuits in LV successfully and all suspects were either detained or taken down.


Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
It was nice to see such big response from ARPD units for the patrol, and teamwork and communication in the patrol was outstanding, it was one of the best patrols I witnessed in my career and all units showed great behavior , followed orders and managed to communicate properly.

I would like to thank everyone for attending and hope to see you next time too, you did a great job and this will certainly not be forgotten.

1.)
        -A total of 4 suspects and a total of 67minutes of chasing to catch them all, they were all neutralized after small shootouts after a PIT was performed or we popped a backtire. One suspect were being chased for all that time, When we took his NRG down, a new aider came, and so it went. Total of 3 trips around the whole map and 2 trips up Mount Chilliad to catch them. Eventually all was taken care off tho.   

2.)
        -Soprano's going wild, 4 sopranos driving a yellow-ish sultan, drive-by'ing everyone, basically a rolling code 30. FBI, SAPD and ARPD were on the case. They were spotted many times rearming for example at Las Payasadas and Fort Carson Ammunation. Eventually they were taken down in a huge shootout in the mountains North in Bone County. North part of Las Payasadas.

1.)
        -I performed a rotuine check for license and registration and Los Flores. While I was talking with a civillian comming from East Beach heading southbound, I heard the police radio saying: "Rolling code 30 Ocean Docks heading towards East Beach Highway". A infernus with 2 suspects driving and drive-by'ing officers in a puresuit. I cleared my traffic stop and went northbound waiting for the suspects, I placed my vehicle in the middle of the incorrect lane on East beach highway and presumed shooting with M4 rifle at the suspects tires. 2 tires were taken out. (front right, back left). This slowed them down and their car were taken down at hanky panky point. After a small shootout both suspects surrendered, none officers took any major damage.

Incidents:

1.)
        -Routine patrol in Los Santos, the city was pretty clear, no huge criminal acts was going on, and every civillian were behaving. Until I drove past the famous Los Santos East Heroin spot, a civillian stood on the pavement just after he ordered some heroin. I blocked him and his car inside the litle tunnel and he hailed instantly, without any further actions or incidents he was taken to LSPD. In the investigation he was frisked for 14grams of Heroin, Ak47 47bullets and a 9mm 20bullets. Zipped and placed in the case folder.   

2.)
        -Blaze active, Code 30 at blaze HQ, 4 suspects pretty much chilling, but the problem was - they were suspected for murder. We attempted to get close by using the official rode. As we expected, they took vehicles and attempted a fleeing operation driving west and out agains Bone County. As we expected either a shootout inside the area or an attempting evasion, we had a unit comming in from that side aswell. With some luck and presicion they flew into the water trying to turn away from the PD car comming against them. 2 were neutralized from the ground and 1 in the water while the last one surrendered instantly.
