I see Teams badges in ARPD Forum with Forum's Color background.How to make it?I mean making a circle badge and the rest for a Square is White.How to make it forum's Color?

Make it .png, remove the white borders if you want them to be the background colour(ARPD forums colour).

Use Gimp or Photoshop. You don't have to be proffesional to use with those, Gimp is faster and easier and free for download as well.

Gimp is the one I use, its very, very simple.

Just check the OCU logo, made it on GIMP to.

I haven't used GIMP myself, but I use photoshop and illustrator to create logos (See SWAT Logo for illustrator example).

Paint does not support transparency, so you need to use GIMP or Photoshop to have an 'invisible background'.
