ARPD Report - Matt_Convey
« on: September 28, 2012, 04:16:43 am »
Directed to: Commanding Members of the San Andreas Police Department
ARPD Officer Policy Violators:

1. Matt_Convey - Destruction of property; assault on a civilian; attempted murder of a law enforcement officer; disorderly conduct in uniform; conduct unbecoming a law enforcement officer.

Incident Description:
At approximately 03:50 on September 28th, 2012 server time, the ARPD officer in question proceeded to stand on and repeatedly kick my vehicle (I was off duty at the time) and call me obscene names for no reason, this being just outside the Los Santos Police Department and captured on footage provided below. I immediately entered the building and proceeded to file a report at this department at which point the officer in question proceeded to urinate on my shoes and the floor of one of the department's offices, also visible in the footage provided. I then got in uniform to hopefully command a larger sense of respect and notified the officer that I'd be filing a report and he 'ought to watch his conduct. At this point, the officer in question drew his sidearm and fired one bullet at me, missing and striking a wall in the stairwell nearest to the cell access. He then proceeded to run away it what I can only determine as fleeing. This too was caught on the provided footage.

This officer is clearly in no way fit for duty. He is a danger to civilians, other law enforcement officers, and the decency the department wishes to uphold. I would even go so far as to say that his conduct has disgraced the uniform, and for that reason I seek the termination of his law enforcement rights. For the department's consideration, I've also provided video footage, linked below. Thank you for taking this matter into consideration.

Video Footage

Date: September 28th, 2012

Signed
LVPD Officer Desmond Martel

The reported party has both been notified of the report and is aware it has already been filed.

He was notified of the report but implied that he wasn't going to respond. I'll try to contact him further and see about his intentions.

I spoke to the officer in question yesterday and as he is a new player, I warned him not to perform such actions again. These things were not simply just new player rulebreaks, but blatant disrespect towards others. Any further comments should be posted here, it will be closed in the next 2 hours.

San Andreas Police Department

CASE CLOSED

The San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the report against ARPD Officer Matt_Convery

The officer was clearly misbehaving on duty, but not just to the extent of a new player not knowing the rules. They were blatantly breaking several limits of police roleplay far beyond what is allowed, as well as server rules.

Actions taken:
Officer was verbally warned to not repeat such actions again.

Signed,
Deputy Chief Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould
