15/9/2012
LVPD Organised Patrol--
Leader/Commander-- Sushi
Co Leader-- [WS]Tom_Adams
And 7 units and me.
I was LVPD-Air-unit-1
Patrol lasted about an hour.
----------------REPORT----------------
On the intersection for the LV-LS Highway Tom_Adams and his partner made a traffic stop on a Truck(free runner) for : 1 account of careless driving ; 1 account of speeding ( /speed was used)
The vehicle was going 121 in a city where the speed limit is 80. When the truck was pulled over the traffic stop went as usual. I was spectating in my police maverick incase he tryed to evade. About 30 seconds later the truck took off the pursuit didn't last long but we brought him into custody. We then resumed to normal patrol.
---------------part 2----------------------
Officer George_Shock joins the patrol, we started out patrolling Las Venturas but a few officers headed into bone county after a pursuit ( I didn't know about that pursuit because I was searching LV) officer Shock reports on the radio that there is a suspect and two aiders in the vicinity of the abanded shopping mall down the dirt track from Las Payasadas. He called in for air support and two officers. I quickly came and arrived in under a minute. When I got there George was in his cruiser on the road. I saw a suspect and two civilians ( the aiders) with two turismos.  about a minute passed. Another officer arrived and the suspect opened fire on my heli. The suspect had an M4 and it made short work of my heli, disableing the engine in seconds. I radioed in Heli Down. I had no control. I had tryed to get out but the door was jammed from the bullets. The Helicopter exploded. I died and the suspect fled. After I got back out of the hospital (respawned) I came back on patrol. We continued to patrol for the rest of the hour then the leaders had to go so the patrol had ended.

Organised Patrol report
-----------------------

★ Officer in charge:
★ Field-commander:
★ Involved officers:
Craig_OHara
Nexxt.
Officer_Spencer, George Micheals, George_Shock, Ryan_Johnson, Richard_Richardson, and Frank Scott (?)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Debrief: All the officer gathered up at the Police Department of LVPD and lined up against the wall to get their team assigned! We had assigned our teams into 3 teams in cruisers, 1 motorcycle unit, 1 HPU and 1 airunit. We started the patrol from LVPD and split up Las Venturas into both North and South (LVPD-1, LVPD-2 and MU-1 got North, LVPD-3, HPU and AU-1 got South).

During the organised patrol no major incidents occured, only the usual traffic stops were to be given and evading suspects were to be stopped. After 30 minutes AU-1 caught a driver preforming an illigal U-turn on the Old Las Venturas Strip, LVPD-1 responded on that and managed to stop him and get a regular traffic stop. Unfortunately this person decided to flee and drove off towards the highways, several units were called for backup and we managed to chase him down till the southeast of Las Venturas. There he took his Infernus and used his speed to get away from us, at some point he got into an NRG and got us chasing him all around LV during 10 minutes. At one point he used a stunt to get onto the roof of a casino and he managed to shot our AU-1 and flee off again; unfortunately we weren't able to catch him again.

The rest of the patrol was calm and all units did a good job on their part.

Operation signed off by officer Gregory "Nexxt" Parker,

I am really enjoying playing as a cop. I am taking the time to learn the locations on the map. I know bone county and LV like the back of my hand. I know half of Los santos. I know half of red county and I know a bit of sf. I go. On everyday. I patrol with anyone I can to 1. Get to know them and 2. To aid them in any way possible. Yesterday me and 3 other free cops took down 4 members of the Lombardi crime family. We set up outside the headquarters and we all waited outside ready and then I had sacrificed myself to get intel of who was inside. I went in and there was two guys with shotguns and they killed me. But if hasn't of went in then they would never have had of known that. Also I am keeping the correct ticket you should give so I can be accurate. I am also learning the radio codes and using them so I can be more efficient. Also I am acting like a proper cop aswel. And I'm role playing.

Las Venturas Police Department

Organized Patrol report

Patrol date:
Monday, September 10th of 2012

Patrol time:
Two hours.

Leader(s) of patrol:
Officer, S. Lionel Valdes

LVPD Officer(s) in patrol:
-

Other officers in patrol:
ARPD Officer, Cdpexplorer
ARPD Officer, Jordan Templar
ARPD Officer, Richard Richardsson
ARPD Officer, George Shock (left just before the de-briefing for real-life purposes)
ARPD Officer, Officer Spencer (left in middle)
ARPD Officer, Hernesto
ARPD Officer, Craig O'Hara
ARPD Officer, Matrixbob Carter (joined in-directly)
ARPD Officer, Frank Scott

Detailed describtion of incidents:

1.) There ain't no way, but the hard way! - After dividing the units, and following the green signal, the units headed directly to their respective assigned locations, or duties. The Bone County jurisdiction and what's near it were also a main subject. We thought nothing would happen due to the time of the patrol, people were supposed to be sleeping, but apparently the crime never sleeps. We've received many calls concerning a peace-disturber near the county of Bone County, specifically at 'El Castillo Del Diablo' - It was a priority to enforce the law there due to no active patrol-men at that specific location. Following a tiring pursuit the suspect was finally barricaded near the abandoned airport of Las Venturas. The suspect immediately surrendered and was taken into custody. All units resumed their normal operations.

2.) Mind-games at the casino! - I don't exactly know how this could happen, some people believe that a human can do what's over the limits, and some don't.. But doing what's 'over the limits' doesn't include disappearing and accessing a building somehow someway without the existence of any entrance! This incident is indeed mind-games. Ordering the air unit, officer Craig O'Hara with the BC-1 radioman, to check any entrance from the top we concluded that there is high-chance of what's recognised as 'script-abuse' - It was confirmed by the administrator, and so a 'code fourteen' was ordered.

3.) Huge welcome at 'The Big Ear' - Usually, you don't see many people hanging around, near Fort Carson. What I mean by many people, is more than two to be precise. Usually, you see two people showing how they love each-other. Usually, you see two people fighting, and we interfere to stop the dispute and make end to urban violence, or at-least attempt to. Usually, I see nobody, I repeat no-body at 'The Big Ear' area. Until this time, what do we see? A GROUP of people, and what makes it worse, part of a CRIMINAL family. We've heard screaming, so we went directly to check it out, of course with caution. Officer Richardsson and I were the first on-scene as Supervisor#1. That specific group was bunch of suspicious persons, I was the first to call for re-enforcements with a code two to 'The Big Ear'. Reason, suspicious people. They acted normal, they asked me for a lighter, and everything was cool. But their suspicious level got even higher with the screaming. All have put their hands in the air and a frisk has been made. Apparently, the screaming was just a normal thing while they were laughing..

Conclusion of patrol:
De-briefing was the last moment. I missed everyone who was in patrol and I wish we meet somewhere else.. All members did a wonderful job except some misunderstanding which was solved accordingly..

Notes:

1.) TeamSpeak, CB, and of course police radio were used during the patrol.

2.) Spencer left with no notice.

In the past 3-4 days I have been taking part in 3 of nim's and Tom Adams' patrols. I forgot to make a report for each but I did take part in them spending at least an hour in each learning new ways to being a cop. We made a  big bust on a kidnapper and we were highly successful in all of the patrols. I will be participating in as many organised patrols as I can. I really enjoy doing them and I may make my own one. I think I should hae had made reports but I thought they were going to post reports. My bad. I am determined to get into saps and if I'm declined ten I will keep trying. As long as it takes I don't care.

Organized Crime Units - Task Force
Case #1
Weaponary Transport!

Name of report filler: S. Lionel Valdes
Rank of report filler: Operative

Participating units:

Operation leader - 'Supreme Lord' Valdes
Operation supervisor - OCU Superintendent, Dean Collin
Convoy leader - Craig O'Hara

ARPD Officer, Richie Shadow
ARPD Officer, Mattheus Norris (left)
ARPD Officer, Taseen Chowdhury
ARPD Officer, Luke Shadow

Summary:

Having the initiative idea, with assist of Craig O'Hara, and as attempt to re-alive the legend of the 'Fort Carson Department', we decided to organize an operation, that was used by the department for a quite long time now. 'The FCPD Weaponary Transport'. An operation that made all the personnel proud of their belonging, not only because of that specific operation, but also because FCPD retained the 'Most Active County Department'. AGAIN. I told all the present units, via TeamSpeak, to head towards Fort Carson's main precinct. As a first responder, I waited for the rest of the squad by drinking some coffee. Craig O'Hara, brought the military truck that was used for the operation. Surprisingly, the whole task has got hyped by the public! I demanded assistance from the Organized Crime Units' unit, DELTA-0. The response, of course, was positive and therefore I guided the unit by informing it about our planned location, the Fort Carson precinct.
Professionalism, dedication, and the motivation to work were all needed core values! Following the arrival of the OCU Superintendent, later put as the operation supervisor, we have awaited more units to attend - Unexpectedly, additional units had those core values that I've mentioned earlier. They arrived as well. I gave the opening speech, and then it was the supervisor's turn - He actually WANTED those core values to be in the attending units. Nobody wanted to quit. Based on my command, all the present units headed for parked cruisers. After a 10-second countdown, we headed to the first destination, which is the 'El Quedabros Police Department' also known as EQPD. We have found no trouble in delivering the goods and the needed ammunition. After taking the needed rest, we have continued our way - The next destination, was the 'Dillimore Police Department', also known as DPD. The convoy truck required fuel, that was indeed a necessity to resume our journey. Shortly after entering Los Santos jurisdiction, the truck's tire shockingly was popped out and the convoy leader, O'Hara, has lost control. Slight injury, that occurred. Briefly after delivering the first aid to the injured officer, officer Richie per my orders took the rest of the damaged weaponary. The rest of the journey was amazing, no mistake has been made this time. I whispered for the officers to gather near the last destination's precinct, apparently on the road, since the population was zero. I have made evaluations, and luckily all units have received an excellent mark based on their performance, and discipline.
