Files Archive     Patrol Report #001 - 31/10/2012 - Cadet Marco INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED - Officers Involved: Cadet Marco, Cadet harryoconnor, Lens_Wayne - Civilians Involved: [DC]Hype - Criminals Involved: Asian_Assassin, Steve_Miller INFORMATION Time started - 16:33 (CET) Time ended - Around 17:20 (CET) Description - I started patrolling at around 16:30. It was Halloween night, and the weather was pitch dark, so much that it was a concern to drivers. Cadet harryoconnor called all units to a meeting at Havana PD. Getting myself a cruiser at the HQ, I arrived there a few minutes later. Policeman Lens_Wayne was there as well. Harry suggested that we pulled over any incoming cars with their lights off and ask them to turn them on, for public safety. We all agreed and started our patrols.      At around 16:54, I joined Lens in a patrol, starting at Little Havana. A few minutes later, we saw a man driving recklessly and speeding, so we decided to pull him over. He was driving a heavy cargo vehicle, possibly a Benson. After asking to pull three times in a row, we decided to engage the vehicle, which kept driving dangerously. As a driver, I applied the PIT maneuver a few times, and the vehicle crashed near the tool shop besides the VCPD HQ. The man then proceeded to steal a Blista Compact. We shot the vehicle a few times, but it got away. We kept the chase and after a maneuver, he crashed near the Ocean View Hotel. The car started to burn, so we stayed back a few meters, unable to help the man. He didn't get out in time, and as such died. Later, we found his ID stating that his name was Asian_Assassin.      After getting another vehicle (since the one we used in the pursuit was damaged), we found another reckless driver. We attempted to pull him over three times, but he refused to obey. A few seconds after engaging in the pursuit, the man, later found to be Steve_Miller, dissapeared (/qed). Minutes later, I started to patrol by myself, as Lens went off duty (/qed). My patrol area was around Washington Mall, and moments later I saw a man ([DC]Hype]) in a Stallion driving with his lights off. I pulled him over, greeted him, and explained about driving safely in such unusual weather, recommending him to turn on his lights. The man took my advice and turned his lights on, and after being cleared by me, went on his way. I kept patrolling for a few minutes, but then went off-duty. SUMMARY - Criminals Arrested: 00 - Criminals Killed/Deceased: 01 - Criminals Missing/Unknown state: 01 - Civilian Casualties: 00 - Officer Casualties: 00 - Civilian vehicles damaged/destroyed: 02 - Police vehicles damaged/destroyed: 01 NOTES AND ANNEXES - Media: None (Problem with images, gonna try to get fixed. Cadet has went through stage one of training, and just as we started the second one, server crashed. It is good to see that you are still active, even though the server is down a lot. We shall continue when we get a chance, hopefully it is going to be soon.

Cadet Marco has successfully completed all phases/stages of training, including the "Ride Along" where he did an excellent job stopping two people from smuggling. He used the techniques he just learned and showed perfect abilities.
