Sorry to say fella, but from what I saw of you today, you were not very professional.
Hopefully you understand a bit better now of what was going on, but at the time the way you tried to handle the situation was not commendable.

You didn't need to try and move a locked vehicle, in the process damaging the car, especially when the owner was standing beside it. We're not robbers, we are against car theft after all. Opening fire on civilians reflects poorly upon yourself and your colleagues as well.
In the end, it all culminated down to some civilians getting mistreated. We're for the people, we do our work because of them.

Perhaps it was an off day for you, perhaps your superiors got the wrong impression. Something probably minor unfortunately turned into a bit of an escalated police siege.

Don't do that unless you really feel it would be something you'd enjoy and benefit more from.
While I don't think the decision is in light of any recent events, a little thing here and there wouldn't have permanent impacts. It is largely food for thought - you cannot change what has already happened directly, but you can make amends and in particular use it as a learning experience for the future.

You can also learn from those around you and of course your leaders, who hopefully through their actions demonstrate professionalism, good judgement, loyalty and knowledge.

The SAPD is a great opportunity - joining their ranks can give you access to a wealth of resources and it can take your roleplay that one level higher. It's got some brilliant future prospects, and after all, it's one way of making your mark on this community.
