Today, me and Julian were at the weed growing spot at SF at around 23:00 GMT-5 time. We were minding our own buisness, when ARPD officer RaabHimself showed up. Officer RaabHimself got out of his car, and asked me and Julian, " Do I have armor and glasses ?". Me and Julian said yes to him, and out of no where the officer calls us both queers, with no provolking done by me or Julian. After he called us queers and drove away, I called 911 to the police and reported his crime, labeling Raab as the suspect. Raab later showed up asking for a description of the suspect that we made a call on. We both told Raab, " Your the suspect". He asked for physical features of the suspect and I told him firmly, " You are the suspect, now if you will excuse me, I will be on my way. " I hit the gas and drove away. Officer RaabHimself suspected Julian for evading. We were not evading the police. I respectfully but firmly told the officer that he is the suspect, and that I will be on my way. I pulled over after that near SFPD. The officer soon showed up and got out of his car. I had asked Julian to give up in the Citizens Band radio channel we were talking in, which he did. He got out of the car and surrendered. RaabHimself began driving twards TR, where he was apparently stationed at. Julian had asked that I follow him to the station, so I did. At one point during the ride there, Raab had made a turn off road. I followed of course. When we got to a cliff where the officer looked like he wanted to go down, I went down first thinking he was going that way. Raab turned around as fast as he could as if he wanted me to lose his trail. It took me a good two minutes to finally find where he took my friend.
When I got to the station SAPD officer Jonathan_Scott was already on the scene performing an investigation. After Julian told his side of the story, I remembered I took proofs of what Raab had said and did to Julian and I. I quickly requested that Officer Jon got on Skype so I can send them to him. During the investigation, Raab lied dozens of times when answering Jons questions based on the evidence I sent via Skype. Raab denied the fact that he called us " Queers " , and he said multiple times that he had a partner in the the passenger seat of the squad car, which he didnt, according to my evidence.
After the investigation, Julian was unsuspected by admin DHR.Mike. After I thanked the officers for their help in the investigation, me and Julian left in my Jester. Raab followed us, using the /s command to talk to us. I quickly sent Officer Jon a PM like he said to if Raab harassed us. After I sent the PM, Raab drove away, leaving us alone.
ARPD Officer Batman_Scott was on the scene of the investigation, so I request that he replies to help in this report as well.
While I was Alt-Tabbed, an admin was here talking to Raab asking why he shot Julian while Julian was surrendered. Not sure on this, I will have Julian confirm.

I hereby Confirm the said charges against RaabHimself,I tabbed when I saw Raab was going to shoot me after I surrendered so someone had to report him for me,but Mike did show up and asked why he shot at me,so Everything as said above I confirm as truth.
