Shift Description :

-Patroll started from LSPD.

-LS heroin Spot-C3-Pursuit- Pursuit at rodeo-Bloody Traffic Stop.

-LS Heroin Spot:in patrol near heroin spot I find a player he stay on roof and I get cover cause he aiming and after see my cover tell more friends and they come to spot and I fall back and move around,after her friends lost I I back there and see he aiming to me and su he for 417(Gun in Public).


-after arrest and transfer he to jail he requested for investigate and be investigated and unsued,but I  think he send her weapons to friends cause in investigate her gun was a camera after I tell investigate officer he come with me for find he but he used /q.


-C3 in RC:recive report from Code 3 in red country and responding  there and see a car have escape from a officer and pursuit he and with more unit help he killed.


-C3-C30 at DPD:recive pm from A officer for c3 at DPD and responding there and see a su after block he a armored player come and start heavy fire at we and other officer killed but I get cover and tell FBI units on DPD but no one come more player follow me to kill me but I escaped he escape with more su and in this scene FBI agents come out and warn me for jail and cop ban(hahahaha),after search for them I find them but they start heavy fire at me and my car exploded I tell FBI agents they stay near me at DPD but no one come fast for help and I escaped and lost my car and armor.


-Pursuit at LSAP:recive report from a officer on VB:su head to LSAP c3 and after respond and pursuit su her car crash on wather near the tunnel and killed with shoot of a officer.


-Pursuit at rodeo:recive report from a officer about AU(Air Support)after responding see they have a infernus su and he have escape to lv we pursuit he near RC but he escaped,after a few min recive report about visual he on strip LV and respond there this time we find he and he was in police block and cant escape and surrendered .


-Bloody Traffic Stop near Ganatan:Patrol near grove street and see a Bad driver and warn he to pull over and he stopped there my partner go for check he and talk with he in this scene I send report about traffic stop at ganatan plate…., a unit come for help and after a few minuts see bad driver with a combat shutgun start fire and we shoot he but he kill my partner I and backup unit shoot to he but he kill me and send C30 in radio,after back there see only plice cars r on Fire.3 officer killed and after tell more officers they find and kill bad driver.

2 C30's, around 2 traffic stops and we fined 1 citizen.


Detailed report:

We started our patrol at the SFPD, I was SFPD-Eagle, Kostas_Evans and Tom_Collin were SFPD-HPU, Clemence_Lacy and Alex_Rich were SFPD-2 and PulseEffect and Sina were 2 bike units, who had to stink together. I splitted SF in 3 parts, North, Center and South. The Bike units took the South, SFPD-2 took the center and the HPU took the North. We had a excellent communication provded by radio and TeamSpeak, which was used by most of the people in this patrol. I was flying around in a Police Maverick. I left around 13:02 because I had to eat, there Kostas took over the command which went good. All in 1, it was a good OP (my first one since a while actually).

They all did good, some things need to be improved but they did a great job in my opinion.

-Patroll started from LSPD.

-LS heroin Spot2-Ls STADIUM-PATrol on HERoN Spots-ARREst sus-TRAFfic stop-FIREmissions- c3rodeo-heroin deal

-LS heroin spot(es):In patrol see a heroin dealer at heroin spot and su he and tell other units for come but he escape and after pursuit he killed in explode.

-LS heroin spot(island):In way to there and find a dealer there and su he and call for backup but he shoot my heli with sniper gun and I down in wather but I Eject and escape backup units come and kill he.

-LS stadium:report on c3 visual at LS stadium and respond but no one there.

-LS-LV HW:in way to LS 417 but see 2 su on wather kill 1 of they and left su escape to land but killed by others.

-Traffic stop at market:We see a bullet he drive in wrong line and fine he but a bullet come near we and we warn he to go but he don’t go and we shoot on air and he escaped and after pursuit killed.

-Fire mission(PS):recive fire mission on psquare and respond there check place and clear civilians and keep patrol on LS sky.

-c3 at rodeo:recive report from radio about a shoot fire at rodeo respond and other units kill su.

-search on heroin spots: we make a group and patroll on heroin spots and arrest a few player.

-Fire mission near SFAP:respond and block road for fire truck and ems units.

Operation Summary:
The operation started at the Los Santos Police Department, in the garage. At the beginning there were six officers attending. During the patrol, the ammount of officers raised. We had a peak of 10 officers patrolling around San Andreas, divided in four cruisers. The units were divived as following;

[] SAPD-Alpha [] Los Santos [] Def Perry, Harry O' Connor and Ezzio.
[] SAPD-Bravo [] Los Santos [] Jackson Kendall and Richie.
[] SAPD-Delta [] Las Venturas [] Tomer, Miler786 and Sina.
[] SAPD-Echo [] San Fierro [] Anthrax and Padres.

The units outside Los Santos checked drug spots regurarly. One SAPD per car to organise the cruiser and also to avoid policing rulebreaks.


Incidents:

1. ) Our unit in San Fierro was in need of assistance because of three men arguing at Esplanade East, San Fierro. The officers did a good job and solved the argument between them. However, two men continued arguing against the officers and refused to remove their weapons out of the public sight. When we arrived, we made a quick move and attempted to arrest them. We shouted that they were under arrest and immediately they ran away north. We opened fire at them with our handguns and later on with heavy weapons. Some of them got badly injured, but not enough to stop them from running. They entered a building in the complex at Esplanade East. At that time, another man on a bike entered the building as well. We set off the building and created a barricade with our cruisers. Some people tried to enter the complex, but with did not let that happen. Some of our units took cover and aimed at the entrance until the FBI arrived. I created a breaching team concluding four officers. Together with the FBI  we breached the building. Four agents and four officers entered the building with three suspects inside. The three men inside opened fire at the entrance, but they all got neutralized quickly. We had no casualties from our side, which is great.

2. ) All the units were back in their jurisdiction and doing their job perfectly. SAPD Delta arrested a man for dealing heroin at Bone County. Furthermore SAPD Bravo was doing checking the traffic in San Fierro and performed a couple of traffic stops. Moreover the units in Los Santos responded to an officer in danger near El Corona. A women and two men were suspected for shooting an officer who ended up in the hospital. When my unit arrived, the two men were already neutralized in a shootout with the police. The women said she was innocent, although she had a gun in her hand. She was brought to the LSPD, where other officers continued the process.


Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
Overall the patrol was organized and a succes. The communication was good and units sticked to their area given. However, the situation at Esplanade East could have been prevented, if we set up a plan to arrest the two suspects earlier. The bright side of the situation was that the units followed my orders. Therefore we had no casualties and no more people entered the complex.
