Las Venturas Police Department

Operation report || File 0047

Operation date:
4th November 2012

Operation time:
14:40 - 15:45 CET

Participants in operation:

SAPD/LVPD Captain Tom Adams
LVPD Senior Officer Warren
LVPD Senior Officer Megamidget
LVPD Officer John Nolan
LVPD Cadet Luke
LVPD Cadet Denzel Neon
LVPD Cadet LukeN
ARPD Officer Tanker
ARPD Officer Trane Kiedis
ARPD Officer Alex Smith
ARPD Officer Bull Carter
ARPD Officer Vic Johnsons
ARPD Officer Lau CW
ARPD Officer Francis Casartelli
Possibly more...

Detailed describtion of operation:
Traffic Checkpoint.
I called in the radio and we got a lot of officers attending, once all where at LVPD I explained what we was doing and then we got into cruisers and drove to Randolph Industrial Estate, where the checkpoint took place. When we arrived, ARA was still setting up the barriers so I explained to the officer again what we was doing to make sure all understood. I split them up into groups, one group would be at one side of the highway stopping all vehicles on that side and the other group would be on the other side. Also we had set up two pursuit units. After ARA had finished we got to work and stopped many civilians passing through, all was searched and licenses checked. Some people evaded the traffic checkpoint but we had pursuit units standing by to quickly pursue them.
During the operation we had some shootouts and C30's in LV jurisdiction, so some of units from the operation responded to that.
(The operation was very very busy, and I was unable to see what was happening all the time, also I did have to go AFK during it, hence the not so good report.)

Conclusion of operation:
Good operation, to my knowledge not many officers or civilians was injured.
