SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Constantin.Sorix - Driving recklessly, obviously speeding. Driving in an opposite lane and crashing into a civilian's (my) vehicle, leaving the scene. Does not offer any kind of help. Caused minor injuries to me and heavy damage to my vehicle. Also continuosly asked me to cry and said that he's on duty - he can go as fast as he wants..
2. Officer's Department - LSPD, I suppose. I'm not sure.
