Well.. I'll be fully honest with you guys. Since I got discharged from HSP by Jaaskaa himself, which is the ARPD Commissioner, I do not feel that I can continue this application. I joined HSP behalf of Drix, to help and assist him, as well; have social intercourse with new people and make friends. Which is basically I did, I managed to make new friends. So, it was this day when a rule had occurred without any motive at all. There was as well another rule which did not quite fit in, in my opinion. So basically what I did was outrunning that rule to serve the ARPD in positive ways. How could I ever get a trooper or above's permission when there barely were any from the Command Staff available, or when we only had one trooper which was as well regularly on duty? So as Drix told me "Use the common sense" which I did. There was times when my colleagues and I were put into positions where lives are in line of danger and we have to make split second decisions and when that happened, that rule was quite hard to see.

However, I told Drix that I had ideas for the group, but Drix went unfortunately inactive, so they did not get forwarded to him. And when this other rule came, I asked around and I asked Marcus why. I got a clear answer of the question and he told me if I disagreed with the rule, I could always discuss it in the General Discussion topic, which I did. However, there was as well another rule which did not quite fit in, in my opinion. So basically what I did was outrunning that rule to serve the ARPD in positive ways. How could I ever get a trooper or above's permission when there barely were any from the Command Staff available, or when we only had one trooper which was as well regularly on duty. After my first post. I maintained with a very polite and serious attitude and behavior, as instructed. And I got quite two answers in return, one from AirOne and one from Marcus. I was replying to this, and when I posted, it told me I did not have the rights for the forum anymore, so I checked the Divisions Promotions & Demotes and I was discharged. So this is the way I saw it; A new rule came < Asked Marcus about it, as well, Drix told me that we're able to discuss rules < Get fired for just opening your mouth about it. It did not make any sense in my opinion. I am one hundred percent sure that every act I commit have a reason with common sense.

So basically, you're probably thinking why I'm posting this, well. It's all in matter to be honest. I do not shit, nor backstab or spread shit. I am just telling the truth in a very objective at the same time very personal. However, it all hangs on a grip with why I'm joining SAPD as well. When I joined SAPD back in 2010, the LSPD was a family. Everyone could express their opinion, come with ideas, help developing, etc. I was even handed the job to recruit people into LSPD when I was a SAPD Officer. However, times changes things. As well, when I joined SAPD in 2010, I was not educated at all. I failed my academy exam the first time, and I did not actually understand the work that well, but I wanted to bad to understand it. Which is what I got. After being in SAPD for more than 1 year, I was top cop and worked hard for my department, even me, Def Perry and Alex Marino managed to show the man-power and courage to push a department back on its' feet. We gave people motivation and motivation rewards us all. Today, I am so educated in the cop work. I got so much knowledge. But, when I wrote this application. I thought that SAPD was a family, not a kennel. By that I mean, if you cannot come up with your ideas for improvement without being punished, then what's the worth of it? That's why I'm withdrawing my application today. I had several ideas, which could benefit SAPD in many positive directions. It is not Paul's fault, not the Command Staff. It's just the structure at this moment.

I want to thank the following people for helping and educating me in SAPD.

[Rstar]EliteTerm - Former LSPD Lieutenant. You've provided me motivation to continue the work for LSPD when times where tough.
[Rstar]Drix - You've always been courteous and provided me motivation, both in SAPD and in HSP. You're a great friend and I wish you best of luck.
[Rstar]Kitsune - Great patrol partner and a very creative police officer. You've always been helping me out, and I still remember the Raindance patrols.
[Rstar]Leroy - or better known as Leroy Hudson. When I joined SAPD you were just a Sergeant, and you slightly moved up the ladder to the Chief of Police status. You've been a great role model.
[Rstar]Rusty - Soap! You've always been the neutral wrist in the team. You're a great officer and I know that you will be a success in SAPD.
[Rstar]Vince - Former LSPD Deputy Chief. You gave me the opportunity to help the Command Staff as an officer. You've always shown your courtesy and I appreciate everything you've done for me.
=AV=Gibson - Always been a comic relief to me. You've taught me great things.
AirOne.Paris - You were a great friend, and a great partner.. Until I returned again. I'm sorry.
AirOrel - Always been a great friend in SAPD.
Alex_Marino - You were usually the silent guy, but as well was a great benefit for SAPD, and you're a great cop.
Andrew_Mason - Or better known as Tom Adams. We were officers together and we were invited into SWAT at the same time. You've always had great potential and provided a lot of inspiration.
Anthrax - We did not speak a lot before I joined HSP, but you're just awesome. You will reach far in SAPD.
Badandy - You've always helped me and I've helped you. I've learned quite a lot from you.
Ben Samiir - My former LSPD Captain, learned me basically everything I need to know, and has been there whether it's within the walls of Argonath, or outside.
Cyril_Olaso - You've always been a very polite colleague, and you've taught me great things.
Def_Perry - I remember the day you joined. You were so uneducated, but always had the potential to proceed. You've been a great friend and a partner.
Eric_Wolfe - Taught me a lot when I joined LSPD
Flavio_Winston - You were usually just a troll to me and annoying, but you've as well before that been a great colleague.
George_Jetson - I still remember the day you joined. You've been a great patrol partner and a great colleague in LSPD.
Goldy_Jackson - I remember the day you joined and we were instantly patrolling together. I've taught you great things as well opposite.
Goodandy - You've always been a supporting friend and a very great colleague.
Jack_White - You were a great friend and colleague in SAPD. You've taught me quite a lot.
Jesper_Clyde - Taught me a lot when I joined LSPD
Kate McGarrett - I see I've given you some inspiration and you've been a great friend and a very courteous person. With the best of luck in SAPD.
Kenny - As well, my former LSPD Captain and Sergeant. You've been teaching me everything I needed to know, and has helped me to become who I am now.
Kirby - Former LSPD Sergeant, always been a rough but helpful colleague.
Mahome - Former LSPD Sergeant, taught me a lot of stuff I needed to know when I joined LSPD-SRU, SWAT-SRU and regular SWAT.
Marcus_Ferreira - We were in different departments, but you've always provided me some great inspiration.
Nicholas_Baker - We were in different departments, but you've always provided me some great inspiration.
Plam_Knight - You was for long a role model for me during my Cadet time, as well later when I got promoted.
Tony_Knight - My partner for around 1 year. It was absolutely great having you as a friend and as a partner. You've taught me quite a lot of great things.

Application withdraw.

Sincerely
Steve McGarrett
