[ARPD Report] Armelin. - Intentional Vehicle Theft
« on: February 03, 2013, 05:21:40 am »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Armelin. - As I was stationed at Mulholland Intersection waiting for violators, Officer Armelin and his partner were driving past using the correct ramp and suddenly he jumped out of his vehicle. He looked at me, then took my SFPD cruiser and continued to drive off. I used my police radio in an attempt for him to bring the car back so I could continue to regulate traffic. Instead, Officer Armelin continued to leave and never returned with my vehicle after being fully aware that I was using it. Shortly before this, (although I do not have screenshots), the Officer used the wrong ramp and I warned him via private message to use the correct one next time. He then drove back, and rammed me, causing sufficient injuries to my lower legs after being struck by his Infernus. Unfortunately, since I don't have evidence of that due to a folder permission bug, my main report is on the fact that Officer Armelin. intentionally stole my police cruiser with prior knowledge that I had it there for traffic control uses yet refused to return it after a request over the police radio. This Officer intentionally took my cruiser after being told not to go up the wrong ramp, even when he and his partner already had a vehicle. Given that the player has been registered since 2008, one would think he knows what to do and what not to do.

Yes, he claimed he didn't speak English though, which was a lie, of course.

Did you take any screenshots of that too, perhaps? Or maybe you still have the logs?

Sorry to be the guy asking for it, however I feel it only benefits both of us. Thank you for your understanding and I'll wait for the picture.
