ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Denis_Pro - Refusing to roleplay properly, reckless driving, provoking arrested suspects, several acts of corruption.

 a. Evidence A two evidences of reckless driving; This Officer is unable to drive properly, he's a danger to civilians and the State of Argonath.
    Evidence:
    Officer switching lanes and possibly going to cause accidents and injures.
   
    Officer using the left lane and attempting to cause more injures and deaths..
   

    Evidence B three evidences of non-roleplaying; This Officer is unable to roleplay properly, I refuse to roleplay with such player.
    Evidence:
    Officer is incapable of roleplaying and obtaining required evidence properly.

    Evidence C one evidence, Officer is constantly provoking suspects.

    Officer is treating suspects as little kids and asking them to be good boys.

Under Act XIII, in the Section III, the Criminal Law, it's an illegal act to provoke anyone.

Law prescribe a fine of a maximum of 250 dollars for any road infraction. The city limit is defined by an area of 300 meters around the last local street.

Finally, acts of corruption, the Act XXIII clearly shows that the act of corruption is an offense.

I have RP and he report me for drving at wrong lane too,ok i can explain becouse this maybe was LAG i didnt drived at wrong lane and if i did would be my false but i repeat i am 98/100 sure that was LAG.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the February the 26th  2013, at 18:25 HOURS a report was submitted by Timonl as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff members:
- Sergeant Mega

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.
- From The Photographic Evidence it is clear the Officer Committed the Offence Of reckless driving.
- Refusal to Roleplay is not a Police Matter hence those charges will be dropped.
- Photographic Evidence shows clear Provocation toward the Suspect in custody.
- Refusal to provide a fair and legal investigation will be deemed as Corruption.
- Due to Law breaks within this report the Officer Will be charged under ARPD Officer Regulation #3

The Officers constant law break and poor attitude are clear to see within the evidence provided, the Officer will be suspended for 4 Days for his Actions

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
