Cops need ARPDs help

 The newbies and Dm cops need a lot of help on server from the ARPD good cops here. If some of you guys could guide these new cops then server will be better for sure. Most of the people here are good at RPing I know that much, maybe get a ARPD to give the newbie non ARPD missions for them to do and if they don't then they will have a hard time on server making friends

That aint as easy as it sounds, i try and do it all the time with new players esp if they are DPD, and a few were successful and joined the ARPD DPD cadets. The problem is though, most of them pick LSPD and then they see the other cops, most of them, not playing by the rules, so they belive that is the right thing to do so they do the same.

If they pick DPD though, i make sure they get trained, hence why you see loads of new players signing up for this department

  The best thing to do: Get in cop car with new guys, let them drive, give them some tips and use the megaphone a lot- RP style!
