ARPD Patrol Report
___________________________________________________________________________________________________
Patrol Report

Date: (03/03/2013)

Suspects killed:
Suspects arrested: 0

Civilians stopped: 3 (# 1 Reckless driving, 1 Speeding, 1 Damaged vehicle pulled over for verification matter)

Civilians ticketed: 1, for reckless driving, 100$

Patrol partners: Bueto, in organized patrol
Patrol time: about 2 hours

Incidents:
- Gang activity, riot controlling
- Reckless driver crashed into a vehicle
- Organized Patrol, around Los Sanots

Conclusion:

I begun my day with joining LS organized patrol. I patrolled with fellow ARPD Officer Bueto. Our organized patrol focused on the gang activity in keeping the peace, mainly. I pulled over one driver that seemed to be in a damaged vehicle (Act III.II: Driving a damaged vehicle is not an offence. A damaged vehicle can still be pulled over for verification matter.), which I pulled over for verification matter. I learned about riot controlling and keeping the peace.

Here are some pictures of the day:

Patrol Report

Date: (03/06/2013)

Suspects killed: 1 (# Was shooting at me with heavy wepons)

Suspects arrested: 1 (# 180, for heroin ordering)

Civilians stopped: 6 (#1 Civillian was stopped due to verification matters, 2 civillians were stopped due to
suspicious activity near Tierra Robada Heroin spot, 2 civillians were stopped due to near the Palisade heroin spot, 1 for Reckless driving but he ran off )

Civilians ticketed: 0 (#)

Patrol partners:[Gstar]Josh, Robert_Wakefield
Patrol time: about 3 hours

Incidents: (Incidents that occured.)
-Evaded suspect started to shoot at me with all he got

Conclusion:

I started my shift by working as a LSPD dispatcher, I tried to recruit more dispatchers to do an organized dispatching, but that wasn't too much of a success. As a dispatcher I tried to learn and memorize new codes and that was something I succeeded in today. After beeing on dispatch duty, I responded on some backup calls, but failed to get a grip on of the suspects I was after. After patrolling in LS, I wanted to do some good old SF heroin spot checks. I found that there were a lot of suspicious activity going in two spots: Tierra Robada Bayside and Palisade. We even caught one person in the act and he got arrested and jailed for 180. Having backup at the heroin spot checks made the patrolling much more safer and less stressy on the suspected heroin orderes, so for the sake of RP suspection wasn't even always needed. I learned to investigate and Rp on the spots. It was a great day indeed.

And as usually here are some pictures:

ARPD Patrol Report
___________________________________________________________________________________________________
Patrol Report

Date: (07/03/2013)

Suspects killed: 1 (# 1 attacking another person, no other way was possible at that time to save the persons life)
Suspects arrested: 2 (# 1 for heroin order: jail sentence 180, 1 for reckless driving in such a way that it caused great danger to the members of the public: jail sentence 180)

Civilians stopped:  4 (# 1 for under criminal law act 3.2 a damaged vehicle for verification matters, 1 being inside LSPD garage without any proper reason as it is a restricted area person was a beginner and was ordered to leave the area: civillian complied with the police's orders, 1 was stopped because of reckless driving causing great danger: driving the wrong ramp crashing into police vehicle, 1 due to speeding)
Civilians ticketed: 4 (# 1 reckless driving: in such a way that he wasn't causing too much of a danger to the public but still some: 25$, 1 was ticketed due to reckless driving by my patrol parner for 100$, 1 reckless driver was fined 250$ for using the wrong ramp)

Patrol partners: Adam_Polar, Larry_Sipowich,
Patrol time: about 5 hours

Incidents:
-While patrolling around Idlewood noticed a guy shooting randomly two members of the public
-One suspect shot down by LF because of attacking a member of the public without any reason
-Wrong ramper crashing into police buffalo

Conclusion:

Started off with some SF and LV heroin spot patrolling as usually. Came up with a civillian that was coming back from LV hero spot, he got suspected and arrested by me for ordering heroin. This day was a day of reckless drivers also I tried to focus on catching them, and so I did catch a few; most serious ones got a ticket, of course. While patrolling Idlewood I came up with a situation that one guy was hitting two members of the public and drove after them. One of the civillians had to be suspected due to shooting at the other civillians, lethal force was used to bring the suspect down. Chasing after a few suspects and we even got some arrested. Preformed an investigation on a suspect, found the suspect guilty, after the suspect admitted what he had done, suspect was jailed. One suspect was too dangerously armed and overpowered me and my fellow officer, sadly. All in all a great day: had everything interesting, from reckless drivers to dangerously armed suspects.

ARPD Patrol Report
___________________________________________________________________________________________________
Patrol Report

Date: (03/110/2013)

Suspects killed:
Suspects arrested: 2 (# One was committing a rule break, so I rped it to be a stealing a vehicle, (no admins preset atm.) 15secs, another was arrested due to failure to stop, evade, reckless driving, 180)

Civilians stopped: 3 (# Criminal trespassing, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road)
Civilians ticketed: 1(# 200$ reckless driving, didn't pay though, but evaded)

Patrol partners:
Patrol time: 2 hours

Incidents:
-a player stole another player's vehicle
-reckless driver caught

Conclusion:

My shift started over with a basic 10-66 being at LSPD garage, which is, by the constitution, a restricted area from civillians. There was one civillian there that stated that his reason for being at LSPD garage was due to the fact that he had just gone off duty and had parked his vehicle at the garage. I advised the person to leave and cautioned him about what could happen, if he trespassed again. After patrolling at Ganton, I found that there were one guy driving recklessly and was just about to head to home when I pulled him over for it. He had his arguments about the situation that he was so busy going after for a drink that he couldn't pay more attention to the road safety. I decided to handle the situation with a basic warning: a warning was issued for reckless driving. After playing a bit on the server there was one guy who was about to steal another person's vehicle, he got suspected by me due to no admins online at the moment, something had to be done with it, so we role played it. Player was taken to DPD and jailed for 15 seconds due to the crime. While patrollin at Idlewood, I noticed another reckless driver tried to pull him over and the driver decided to pull over where he wanted whilst committing a crime: evade, failure to stop. Suspect was finaly apprehended by the help of several Officers and me. Suspect demanded an investigation, found guilty and jailed for 180. One truck dirver was driving on the wrong side of the road and was issued a 200$ for reckless driving even though he did not pay the ticket. He got suspected and got away, eventually. I did also some boat patrolling around the Ocean Docks, but couldn't find anything suspicious. Today was the day that reminded me of how team work can and will make a difference in a suspect's apprehention.

San Andreas Police Department
Organised Operation Log #0040

Date: 16/03/2013
Time: 18:30 - 19:45
Type of Operation: Traffic Monitoring
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL

Operation Leader:
LSPD Officer TeaM_Pazienza #P46

LSPD Participants:
LSPD Officer TeaM_Pazienza
LSPD Officer [WS]Thomas_C
LSPD Officer Tutti

Other Participants:
ARPD Officer Miller786
ARPD Officer Veronmaksaja
ARPD Officer Robert_Wakefield
ARPD Officer AcZ
ARPD Officer Petar.
ARPD Officer Dangerous_Scotto
ARPD Officer JamesHetfield.
ARPD Officer Monte
ARPD Officer James_River.
Other units joining at a second point were not noted, since they left before the final regroup when dismissing the checkpoints

Operation Summary:
The operation started in the LSPD Garage, where the attending units were briefed about its main aims. Communications were kept active both in the CB channel and on the police radio, on which all our movements were reported. After equipping the officers with 220 bullets of SMG and armour, the teams were set up ready to roll, each with a callsign and an officer taking the radio communications.

LSPD-1 : [WS]Thomas_C, JamesHetfield.
LSPD-2 : Tutti, Petar.
LSPD-3 : Dangerous_Scotto, Robert_Wakefield
LSPD-4 : Miller786, Veronmaksaja
LSPD-5 : TeaM_Pazienza, AcZ

We split up to set up the first Traffic Checkpoint (LSPD-1, LSPD-2, LSPD-3) at Idlewood and the second Checkpoint at Rodeo, under the bridge which separates Los Santos from the county side. All the civilians were warned of the presence of the two checkpoints through different advertisements. The controls on the cars interested their Passport and License, Vehicle and Body frisks and questioning of suspicious individuals who were at that point stopped.
During the routine checks on the traffic violators and among the numerous cars stopped, only few of them tried to evade the checkpoint, but they were eventually arrested with the cooperation of other units on duty and HSP backing us up.

Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
The operation was overall a success, everyone involved respected his role and abided his assignments. I think that nobody was let down by the situation we succeeded to create.
