San Andreas Police Department
05/02/2013

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 1st of May, 2013, at 19:51 HOURS a report was submitted by Petar Gvardia as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Supervisory Sergeant Mike Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- SAPD Officer Alex Brooks was responding to a Code 30 call on a suspect in the area, assuming that the suspect was endangering lives previously, so, he began to open fire by drive-bying the evading vehicle. Since there was no proof given of a C30 callout or that the suspect was indeed previously dangerous, there is no way to confirm these statements. However, being such a minor offence will result in nothing more than a warning.

-- In conclusion, SAPD Officer Brooks will be talked to by the Department Command Staff about driveby usage and when it is acceptable to use. If the suspect was indeed a danger to the public or endangering anyone's lives, then Alex Brooks will be advised to collect more evidence in the future.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me, or to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Supervisory Sergeant Mike Sangelo
