The officer has been reported and more or less told that they have been. Please tell them again if possible.

There is very little evidence here; other than the chatlog that we cannot confirm to be authentic. Preliminary observation is that you were indeed at a heroin spot and the officer chose to suspect you immediately without actually investigating anything. That will be taken into account, as well as the fact that you surrendered (presumably did not run) and requested an investigation but was denied one without proper reason.

Will proceed on the 4th of March, 2013 regardless of reported officer's statement.

Looking at the server log, you were growing weed instead of heroin - which is legal. Officer Rodriguez may not have known that.

It's indeed a mistake from the officer's side, however, no actions are taken because he was new at that time and perhaps he did not have a bit of an understanding on what goes around with the drugs.
