ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Azioxwins - I was suspected after I evaded his traffic stop, when evading they opened fire on my car. After it was in flames, I had to jump out, and as I got noany possibility to evade, I surredered (via /hail 2). While standing with it, was advised by Commander_Shepard to "/GU NOW", thing that was not needed, as I surrenderd already. While that, Azioxwins was spraying me that caused my nearly lethal damage.

I'd like to add that on my shift i saw the reported officer driving recklessly alongside with his partner Commander_Shephard. When warned to keep under speed limits and obey the traffic laws, officers have ignored me.

I would guess that the ARPD Officer did so, because he is new player(5 days old) in the server.
Probably he was wrongfully taught how to handle a suspect.

Therfore this report wasan't even needed, you could have simple tried to explain to the new officer.
But anyways...

He will be warned/informed that is he handling suspects in the wrong manner and I will personally explain him what he should do next time.
