ARPD Officer Policy violators: staimps

1. Officer Name - I was moving from Market Ammunation to LSPD where I was going to go off duty, and I've seen civilian speeding and driving recklessly so I decided to pullover him. He refused to stop but he wasn't driving any fast so I continued to follow him until he went on foot and before he went in I suspected him for 'evading'. I went inside and told him to surrender several times, I used non lethal force on him to try to stop him, after we got out he was still walking and I was saying him to surrender and trying to stop him as well. After me and officer Sina used non lethal force suspect stood idle and then officer staimps came and used lethal force (deagle) to kill the suspect.

Attempt to contact officer Staimp to review the report against himself. Otherwise we will be forced to proceed with the report with evidence from only one side.

I contacted officer stamps several times, he says he can't make account and that he 'doesn't receive activation e-mail'. I though didn't have that problem.

I did not know the rule of an still standing suspect who wasn't eather cuffed or RP-cuffed, therefor i reactet with power. Ever since i was informed by servius, i haven't done anything rulebreaking, as an ARPD officer. Therefor i think it would be harsh for me to get the sentence of copbanning, I was not aware of the mistake i made, and are deply sorry.

Of course, I just though to remind you guys about this since its just a simple report and its running over 1 month, but lets wait.

Officer Staimps admitted his mistake on this and is verbally warned due to his very new experience in ARPD force. If this kind of situation occurs again, he'll have to face serious circumstances.
