I, Ray Vladmir was born at All Saints Hospital March 20, 1990. My dad died on March 20, 1991 due to a bank robbery. He was just getting money of his bank account to buy a brand new car for the family when a robber pointed a gun to the back of his neck and demanded money. My father, the good citizen he was, yelled and yelled for help but the police was too late. The police found my father laying dead on the ground with a bullet wound in the back of his neck. Every night i think why a person would want to do this to somebody else. I do not remember my father but i know that he was a great man. I have lived with my mom until i was 3 years old when she died in a shootout in the city hall. She was just paying her taxes for her monthly bill and before she knew it she was shot 3 times in the chest and died on the stone cold floor. The shooter killed a total of 23 people that day. All of them were good citizens just paying their monthly taxes. The shooter then killed the two police officers that arrives to the scene and got away and was never found since.. I asked myself, why did this happen? Since that day, I've been living with my brothers Ryan Vladmir and Ron Vladmir trying to make money to survive. I'd love to work for the Los Santos Police Department to prevent these thing from happening to other people/families. I also am currently trying to be employed at a mechanical business to help my brothers pay for food and the monthly bills. In addition, my brothers, Ryan Vladmir and Ron Vladmir and I own a house and are currently living together. Also, Recently my brother, Ryan Vladmir, join the forces as an LSPD officer and is helping the community of Los Santos being alot more safe and clean. My other brother, Ron Vladmir, is currently trying to help out the forces as well. We are all looking forward to working together for the greater good and hope we can help out many people in the process and stop bad businesses such as Drug Smugglers, Drug Deals, And much more. We also plan to track down the biggest gangs of Los Santos and make them pay the price! I will be a dedicated, hard working officer and obey all the rules/regulations.

Why do you want join:I would like to join as a SAPD because I believe everyone should be happy and no one should be scared to take a walk or let there children go outside.. I would like to make sure people follow the laws/rules because safety comes first! I would hate if bad people do bad things and get away with it. Nobody should be harmed under any circumstance. I was one of those unlucky people that had no parents growing up. I had just two brothers because of bad people making the wrong decisions throughout their lives. I would prevent this from happening to other people as a Los Santos Police Officer.
