ARPD report [MQM]Altaf_Hussain

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. [MQM]Altaf_Hussain - I was walking from the ATM near LSCH, after I withdrew some money. I was walking towards a man named Alejandro Scott, when I was being yelled at by the officer, Altaf Hussain. He said "HEY!!" 3 times before I stopped and looked. When I saw him, i said "Yeah?" and he replied "do you have license?". I simply replied "It's in my car", as I was on foot. He then decided to suspect me for "killing me" within 2 seconds of my reply, and before I could get away, I was shot down, with no warnings nor any spray. I was given arms by Alejandro Scott, because he owed me some from when we were on police duty a while back. I had no intention throughout this entire deal, to kill Altaf.

 a. Pictures.. ( Unfortunately due to an error with my SAMP, I can retrieve any logs or SAMP screens )
 b. Other evidence.. ( I think Alejandro can provide his logs, and include the time I was suspected )
