[ARPD/SAPD Report] Against officer Tyler Forbes
« on: May 13, 2013, 23:06:19 pm »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - Tyler_Forbes
2. Officer's Department - No idea.

Well since I'm not so hard on the screenshots, nor I'm the person who likes to report other people I do not have screenshots however I do have a chatlog. And heres the story.

While driving an Infernus, I was on my way to Idlewood PNS. I didn't realise that there was a police officer inside in already, so I accidently rammed him with the back of my vehicle, I immediately went back and waited for him to go out, insted he waited for a long time inside of pns while blocking it. Then I went for a report, since I thought he was trolling me, insted of trolling ( well at end it could be a possible trolling. ) he went for a warning to pullover which I ignored, in meantime I already parked on sidewalks whilst he was still blocking the entrance of the PNS, and then I got suspected and raided by atleast 15 whom came out of nowhere. I as a veteran player do not see point of such harash suspection, and intention to deathmatch other players, because of a stupid car respray.

[22:35:05] [WS]Louis(20) shouts megaphone): This is the LAW ... STOP and SURRENDER now!
[22:35:06] Matrixbob(33) says: tyler
[22:35:09] PM to Matrixbob(33): is this a clear abuse of rights? I accidently rammed him while he was inside
[22:35:11] Matrixbob(33) says: no blocking pns please

By saying no thanks, I never meant to flee actually I parked on the sidewalks.

Date: May 13th 2013.
Time: Around 22:40 Server time.
Civillian(s) involved: My friend was in my car (he's new I was teaching him.) And other random people all around.

Hello,

I'm officer Tyler Forbes and I'm going to explain my side of story right now.
At first I'd like to begin with the story which occured on that day, upon damaging my cruiser after a long time chase, I proceeded to pay and spray to respray my vehicle. When I tried to exit the pay and spray there was an Infernus which tried to enter in a fast speed colliding into my cruiser, therefore driving recklessly. I began to pull out the PnS, but stopped along the way to make sure the individual will not enter the pay and spray, fix his car and try to evade me, therefore I did not open the PnS for him. When I asked him to pull over (which he ignored as he stated above) I proceeded to suspect the individual. I'd like to add that he did park on the sidewalk, but that was after saying "no thanks" and just moving around the road for 15-30 seconds so I decided to suspect him for failure to comply. As a professional SAPD officer I'm not in the server to "troll" people, that is obvious otherwise I would not be part of SAPD. I take my job seriously at all times.
I'd like to state the crimes he has commited were serious and rising problem within the community. Reckless driving causes lots of collisons and deaths every day within Argonath due being trapped in the vehicle which is on fire. Also such kind of driving in public areas like Idlestack may cause innocent civilians who are on foot to get injured heavily. Therefore the crime he has commited is extremely dangerous, also failure to comply with officer is another crime which he commited, the suspectation was in no way harsh due the fact of most people evading. The individual was given multiple chacnes to surrender which he failed to do and was neutralised in the proccess of it, if I remeber correctly he also opend fire towards officers who tried to detain him. This means the suspect was dangerous to everyone around himself, he shot in a public area. I fail to see wrongful actions because I've neutralised a reckless driver-... well you could say a lunatic with a gun from traffic, he shot at the "15 raiding officers" in a public area (Idlestack) which is known for the civilians in the district who could had been injured.
Eventhough the player is a veteran he's extremely immature and has no respect towards others. This player actually PMed me later that night calling me a retard following it up with text in serbian and word "report" in the text. I'd also like to say that the person is an hypocrite and a liar. He stated that the incident was a deathmatch to other players when it clearly was just a simple trafficstop which he failed to follow, we asked him to surrender, he turned it into a shootout. Also this player is known for his history and history of the group he is in which has been punished for deathmatching on more then one occasion. Also I'd like to add that he was the one with combat shotgun shooting at about 10 officers around the premises and he began the shootout, that's why he was raided by the "15 officers".

Best regards,
Tyler Forbes.

Let's be real. It happens dozen of times for people to collide inside of an PNS. If everyone would follow your protocol then this server would become a CnR server. (It's not far from that already.) I as, an individual, think that you were too strict on that suspection. And stating that you're always serious while playing makes me think why do you even play? This is a game and it should be here to make fun and bring relaxation, atleast that's how I see it. Judging the person you do not know, and calling him immature is wrong. You do not know me, and I do not know you. Therefor you cannot judge me nor I can judge you. As I already stated, I didn't call you a retard, It indeed was Serbian language. since it's my native, but it was adressed to my friend. It was wrong id. Seems you do not want to listen. Instead you go deaf and attack, well indeed attack is the best defense.
I have nothing else to add, but to tell you to atleast try working on your attitude, because you're like the slackest SAPD officer I met in my whole Argonath "carreer" and that's why I went for an report.

I have nothing else to add. I leave it for SAPD superior to do their job.

Hi, due to the fact that you are reporting an LSPD Officer, I'll be handling this report.

To Mr. Enzo Gvardia

Could you firstly state a clear reason that you're reporting this officer for.

Secondly, please clear some of these details up for me, since you are also contradicting yourself at some points.

While driving an Infernus, I was on my way to Idlewood PNS. I didn't realise that there was a police officer inside in already, so I accidently rammed him with the back of my vehicle, I immediately went back and waited for him to go out, insted he waited for a long time inside of pns while blocking it

This is enough of a reason for Tyler to pull you over.

insted he waited for a long time inside of pns while blocking it. Then I went for Then I went for a report, since I thought he was trolling me, insted of trolling ( well at end it could be a possible trolling. ) he went for a warning to pullover which I ignored

You are saying that he told you to pull over, and you ignored him.

insted he waited for a long time inside of pns while blocking it. Then I went for in meantime I already parked on sidewalks whilst he was still blocking the entrance of the PNS

Whilst it is clear that Tyler was blocking the PNS (as shown by administration telling him to move). The chatlog also shows that he told you to pull over, then suspected you 20 seconds after that.

, and then I got suspected and raided by atleast 15 whom came out of nowhere. I as a veteran player do not see point of such harash suspection, and intention to deathmatch other players, because of a stupid car respray.

There is no such thing as a "harsh" suspecting, Tyler was well within his rights to suspect you from what I can see. You cannot make judgements about what people's intentions are and even if you may think the incident was "stupid", that doesn't mean other people do too, many police officers would still pull you over for that. Tyler also cannot control how many other police officers (especially freecops) who try to arrest you - the majority of them are new players who aren't familiar with the Argonath Vision or any of the ARPD regulations, hence their tendency to shoot.

Let's be real. It happens dozen of times for people to collide inside of an PNS. If everyone would follow your protocol then this server would become a CnR server. (It's not far from that already.) I as, an individual, think that you were too strict on that suspection.

You're implying he should not follow his protocol, but you are reporting him for not following protocol, so I do not understand why you've said this.

You do not know me, and I do not know you. Therefor you cannot judge me nor I can judge you.

You say this, yet you then go on to say this, which is clearly judging Tyler.
intention to deathmatch other players
you're like the slackest SAPD officer I met in my whole Argonath "carreer" and that's why I went for an report.

I doubt you're able to conclude all of this, from the 2 minute encounter you had with Tyler.

I've reviewed the chat log and looked through both of your statements and from what I can see so far, this is what happened.

  • Tyler was inside the pay n spray
  • Enzo, did not notice him and accidentally rammed him
  • Tyler then told him to pull over
  • Enzo said "no thanks"
  • Tyler waited 20 seconds after the initial warning and then suspected Enzo
  • Enzo began to shoot and was then met with force
Other details about the alleged flaming in PM are irrelevant and unproven though.

If any other details need to be added, please do so now.

No evidence has been provided of Tyler Forbes committing any duty violations, nor has the reason for this report even been outlined. Whilst it is clear that Tyler did block the PnS, this was done to apprehend a suspect and is therefore allowed.

Verdict: no action taken.
