Having held the cadet rank 3 times (approximately), the officer rank twice, and the senior officer rank once, Frank has developped a good experience and professional attitude towards other members of the ARPD. Frank Lockwood excels in paperwork, and is notable for his report-organizing skill. Unfortunately, he lacks driving skills. "Hopefully I'll improve it!" said Lockwood to the local newspaper. Besides, he served as a Argonath Traffic Police deputy commissioner approximately 3 months, before its closure due to mass inactivity and failure to reach a decent memberbase. He rose through BCSD ranks to reach finally the sergeant rank, and internally the Internal Affairs Assistant Director bureaucratic position as well. Personally, he is sensitive to insults due to the fact he is light-hearted since a terrible accident that happened during his childhood. Overall, he is a very good policeman, and a nice friend if you get to meet him.

Why do you wish to join ACSD: ACSD is based on Argonath County Sheriff's Department. It is a GREAT thing to achieve something under the name of Argonath. It means you are serving the community. Therefore safety is provided to citizens BY citizens. The will to maintain public safety of the public, and to serve within a very large jurisdiction is a main reason of me wishing to join ACSD. I have developped a good experience and skills from the past, except the driving skill where I seriously lack performance (I admit it, my knowledge of safety driving is great, but to apply it for me in pursuits is a total nightmare). I would like to help citizens and guide them, and improve the level of law enforcement in the counties of San Andreas. For me, law enforcement is something I totally love and would like to enforce it all the time. I served within BCPD, BCSD in the past, so I have a good knowledge on counties of San Andreas[...]

Hi,

First of all, thank you for your interest in my application, and your will to hear my input on your question. In fact, I will answer any question received from ACSD command.

What happened in the past is what happened in the past, and even yesterday is the past. If you take a look at my SAPD records, you'll notice that I had gained a very good reputation, regardless my serious attitude problems and behaviour. For example, at BCPD, which was a department of BCPD, I was the most active member of it, as I served almost non-stop, hence the reason I got promoted to Senior Officer for the first time. That was a really happy day to me, and I was really joyous. Disicpline is a core value, and if you get to know me better, you'll find that I am a very nice person. Plam, if you get to know me better, by interacting with me, you'll quickly realize that I am a better person that you think.

Many people who I worked with in the past had bad accusations against me, and later apologized after they got to know me. Now, they are my friends, and I talk to them nearly every week. I'm 100% sure that no problem will occur in the future, and I'm 100% willing to do this. I 100% want this, I really do.

P.S:  Ross, you are making no sense.. To reach senior with an attitude problem is impossible. This is prof of progress. Also, if I had attitude problems I would not be able to run ARTP with Max, create a good academy PROPER and unique system. And I wouldn't hire you. And if i had attitude I wouldn't promote you because i'd have arrogance syndrome.
