[SA:MP] ReQuesting Training Rights
« on: May 17, 2013, 06:47:18 am »
dear upper command staff,
I want training rights because of all of the upcoming SAPD officers I have seen don't know a thing or the right procedures in rp I believe with the right training they will know more than what they do now.  :pancher:   I just feel like doing this and I want it to be mandatory for all ARPD officers and current SAPD officers as well.

sincerely,

Everyone has 'rights' to create trainings/organized patrols, you dont need to have any specific ranks for it. All you need is ability to lead and organize something.

P.S. this topc is in wrong board, next time post it to General Discussion, please.

"Training rights" don't really exist in the first place. Anyone can train another Officer if they wanted to. Secondly, topic moved to general discussion.

Training will never be mandatory for ARPD officers.

Let me be blunt. Who are you to say that our training is inadequate and that all our officers are not trained properly? What qualification or history do you have to request some kind of official rights from the SAPD to re-educate our officers? If you want to hold trainings, go ahead but do not expect the SAPD to make any of your trainings mandatory for our officers.

Good day.

Dear "experienced" ARPD Officer,

You'll never get training rights, and will never train officers in what regulations they should follow. What the SAPD qualified academy instructors teach is enough for an SAPD Officer's standard duties.
Elite divisions in SA:MP conduct their academy processes as-well differently.

Chapter I "Getting Training Rights" - denied, end of story.

Thank you.
