Dear Command Staff, I would like to mention that Thomas is 'manipulating' evidence to look against me.
I request some time to post a prepared answer and we might even do a log check.
What I mean is, that Thomas is fabricating a story with screenshots to make it look like I have done wrong, when in fact I am innocent.

Hi I'm Sergeant Bridges and I'll be handling this report.

Three days will be given for a statement from Officer James and any further relevant details to be given.

Hello Sergeant,

Here is my statement which includes explanation of the evidence provided.

The first picture shows me doing a countdown.
I met my friend at Market and we alligned our windows so we could talk. Then I saw a PD car behind me and realized we both were blocking the road.
I started a countdown from 3 to 1, and then I shouted "Time to park!!" and we both parked our cars on the right side and the Officer, Thomas went away.

Thomas cleverly showed only the countdown making it look like a race.

The rest of the pictures only show me and my friend cruising on the Veronna beach highway. I dont see how it looks like racing or the other claims you mentioned. Thomas even asked me a question, as I recall that if I am racing. I replied to him that I am not racing at all.

I as an officer was investigating a possible suspect escape route at Veronna beach which is my friend had showed me. That was it. Not a race.

You indeed shouted "Time to park" after the countdown, which I interpreted as follows:
You noticed my presence, and knowing streetracing is illegal (especially while on police duty), you made up this so to not get caught streetracing. Even if you weren't going to join a street race, you were still blocking a public road without proper reason or sirens.

As for the other screenshots, they do, indeed, show you driving down the Verona Beach road. Even if you were trying out "an escape route", you were still speeding without sirens. Which is, in other words, speeding without any reason to do whatsoever.

Traffic laws apply for cops and civilians alike. This means cops musn't, without proper reasons or sirens, speed, nor block traffic in public roads.

So let's give you the benefit of the doubt and say you were not streetracing, you were still driving recklessly.

Then show me evidence of reckless driving and speeding.
Unless you prove that I am guilty of those, I am innocent according to the constitution.

The road was never completely blocked and space was left. As soon as I saw a car behind me, I gave you way. Its not like I was obstructing traffic. It wouldve been if I had parked 2 dumpers there and refused to move.

I once again mention that there is no evidence provided of the charges on me.

San Andreas Police Department
18/06/2013

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On June 14, 2013 at 10:20pm, a report was submitted by Thomas Crof as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.

Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
Jason Bridges

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-Whilst there is no actual evidence of Officer James Bond street racing or speeding, it is clear that his actions, although minor, were inappropriate on police duty and after a short discussion with him, he understands why this was perceived as street racing.

-Officer James Bond has previously been spoken to about his behaviour on duty and that has been taken into consideration whilst reviewing this report.

-- In conclusion, after speaking with Officer James Bond, he has been informally warned about his behaviour and advised (though not required) to pursue more productive police work whilst on duty.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we may reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Supervisory Sergeant Jason Bridges
