1. The story about i was at East Side Heroin Spot for heroin,then Mobius,Makaveli and friends tried to kick me there,i move in to the spot and Dylan come there as you can see on the 1st evidence chat logs i pm him about they'll attack me thats why i'm here. then he got me i was ordered heroin here thats all clear .After that Officer TinMan was there He step out from his vehlice and Use peppery Spray since i got 10 Percent HP,then ,i have to ask about investigation constantly killed me with bare hands. There was a many ppl here witnessed and They all are my enemies and They all ready to support TinMan here. I reported that guy here bcoz of its 2nd time to get constatly killed by that officer.

Howdy.

I'm Officer TinMan with the ARPD. I responded to a Heroin Order at East Los Santos and I saw an officer already spraying the suspect with pepper spray so I assist the officer. In addition, we both quit spraying the suspect and he tried to run. Then the officer sprayed him and I started punching him. We told this suspect hands up but he kept resisting. I punched the suspect some more times and quit punching but the suspect was trying to run. At that time since he had low HP I punched him again and he died. There was nothing I did wrong. I used non-lethal force on the guy who was resisting arrest and he had plenty of time to surrender by /gu or /hail 1. From the time he got suspected to the time he died he had exactly 60 seconds which is plenty of time to surrender.

In addition to the report of Mobius and Slye you can't report such behavior as it is roleplay chat.

Hmm, well, this is awkward. I would like you to know, there's no actual reason for this report. As you did after you wanted your investigation, you tried to run but TinMan blocked you, shuting you down. Regarding what I said, you're supposed to roleplay, right? Well, you cant call racism on me when you had done pretty much the same with be yesterday, and my attitude was nothing more than a response to you stealing me yesterday with other 6 ballas. As you robbed me you left and I was standing there, talking to a cop, remmember? Today you came by, possibly forgetting about it. But I never died, so I recognised your face and I told Makaveli you were the one who stole me. We went off to face ya, and as you went inside the heroin spot, my friend Dylan came by, and arrested you. If you think my intentions are worth a court case (what would be more logical than this) I would be glad to know how could you set down that case while laying dead on the heroin spot, just so you know, so dont waste time writing it down. There's no rule against roleplay racism, and I dont even have to watch my words, put it this way, you're a balla, thats the way you treat others yet nobody complains because they all know its roleplay. You wererecieved with the same attitude you had towards me, and its all roleplay, nothing to worry about at all. Situation is pretty much clear after this, anybody would understand how this works. If you would have /gued instead of trying to run past TinMan, maybe you would have survived.

If you are reporting Mobius for flaming and insulting you, then you will need to direct that to administration, not SAPD CMD. However, if you are reporting him for provoking you whilst on duty (an rp reason) then you need to provide RP evidence of that.

From the moment you were suspected you had exactly 60 seconds to surrender, in that time, five warnings were issued to you by all officers on scene including TinMan, but you failed to acknowledge them by using either /hail 1 or /gu (or climbing into a police officers car) so lethal force was used. There were no duty violations committed by Officer TinMan.


In regards to the report against Mobius

You have chosen not to have his dealt with as an ARPD violation (verbal assault/provoking), so you need to forward this evidence to administration if you want them to pursue it.
