Howdy all!
I had a lot of people ask me, "Why do you patrol Mulholland Intersection?" It is a very good question and I will go into great detail. Well, the Mulholland Intersection Patrol started one day when I went on break and went to the doughnut shop and grabbed some doughnuts. I was tired of the inner city because of the loud noises so I decided to find a place outside of the city. There I found the spot. It was a peaceful place and that was at the side of the road of the LS-LV Highway by the Mulholland Intersection. All of a sudden I saw someone coming up the wrong side of the road! After pulling them over and giving them a citation, I decided to stay there and patrol there the rest of the day. And that rest of the day turned into the rest of my career!

Safety of CitizensThe safety of citizens in Argonath RPG is one of the important roles I have as a cop when on duty. One of my main goals as an officer is to reduce the amount of citizens using the wrong ramp. I remember back in 2010 when I pulled people over left and right, but now I have to wait patiently to catch one which is good. Throughout the years I have noticed more and more citizens choosing to use the right ramp. I appreciate those who use the right ramp!

Officers IntegrityAs Chief Paul has said….
Dear policing citizens of the United States of Argonath,
Due to several casualties initiated by the law enforcement members of the state, we would like to enforce the usage of the Mulholland Intersection road to be for incoming traffic ONLY.
It doesn't matter if you have a siren or a whale stuck into your vehicle. Despite the priority of the incident, it is always required for you to use the right road.
Lately, the fault comes from us for using the incorrect intersection and causing many deaths upon our hands.
Please remind your friendly units to follow this order from now on wards as we are here to enforce protection in the roads at all times. It is a clearly high priority.
If you happen to ignore or just plan to use it with clear intentions, then you may face warnings, tickets or even a copban if you continuously do it. It may be your lucky day if you happen to not be caught doing it.
While you at it... pay attention to your speed gauge as we are here to enforce the speed limits and not disobey them ourselves.
The penalties are the same as the wrong intersection by-pass.
There should be no excuse from now on. So if your not willing to change your way of policing, then we will change the way you police. Otherwise, you may be considered as a threat to the citizens.

If you are part of the SAPD and you had used the wrong ramp, why are you ignoring chief’s orders? If you can’t follow a chief’s order then you have no integrity what-so-ever and should not be on police duty at all! Basically it is more like check test to see if you do follow orders or not when on duty. By the way, integrity means you are an honest and trusted human being. By cops using the wrong ramp they are reckless driving and not only that endangering the public safety. If the officer wrecks into another citizen they could be sued in court. In addition to being sued they will be reported to the ARPD Forums for using the wrong ramp and maybe fired or suspended!
As cops we are suppose to be role-models for other citizens so lets quit using the wrong ramp!!! If in deep hurry use the grass on the left side of the wrong ramp up onto the LS-LV Highway. This is your last chance so quit using the wrong ramp!!!
Chief Paul or any high command if you sat at the Mulholland Intersection I guarantee you could catch police officers driving up the wrong ramp, as this would be an in-game check test to see if officers are following a chief’s orders or not.

Traffic StopsIn fact, I do find it very entertaining pulling people over for the usage of wrong ramping. Most of the time citizen’s claim they are in a hurry but they should know that the wrong ramp does not make good timing, especially when I'm there. Citizens can’t claim lag unlike the central city of Los Santos people lag all over the place and it is hard to judge whether they actually broke the law or not. In addition citizens can’t claim that you have no evidence when it is easy to snap-shot a picture of them driving up the wrong ramp. By the way, it is “FAIR” what I mean by "FAIR" is that I am not writing out a ticket for something I do too as a cop. I know that there are many officers speeding around town and then they ticket people for speeding and that is so hypocritical. Since I don’t wrong ramp, I am being fair and not hypocritical. Also it is fair because I have solid proof that they used the wrong ramp.

Expect the UnexpectedYou never know what to expect when patrolling the Mulholland Intersection. It is not like the average traffic stop you do on the street. You have to look up in the sky and watch out for them airplanes because they sometimes crash onto the LS-LV Highway. In addition you don’t want to stand on the highway at all because cars drive full speed and sometimes hit into you or crash completely into the whole traffic stop. It is very important to stand on the passenger side and make sure the driver pulls far enough over as well. Sometimes it is best for the safety of the driver to stand on the grass. *When a citizen crashes into the traffic stop they will be charged with vehicular assault and reckless driving. They will be arrested.
5.)
Quicker on Response TimesWhen I am on duty I am more of a backup unit to officers that need help. It is fun chasing suspects with other officers on scene and I don’t like engaging suspects on my own as much. By sitting at the Mulholland Intersection, I am always prepared for any backup calls and can quickly respond to anywhere as fast as possible.
Over the years, I had many spectacular events and they are very entertaining to see. What really fired up my grill was when the FBI was partying on the wrong ramp. I took care of that problem and if you like you can watch the video.
