Problem with uploading pics

Dear administrators / moderators / forum admins;

It there a possebility that there is a problem with uploading photo's?
I got this message:

"The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator."

I tried to post a pic here "ARPD Forum > Media Center > Pictures > Arrest of the Day"

- It's Jpeg
- It's in attachment
