Officer TinMan and Officer Andeey both of them are ARPD ::::: Reason - Shooting idle suspect , and killing idle suspect - unarmed suspect while suspect is on the ground and bleeding

Description of events:
I was suspect and i was driving arround SF near Palisades when officer TinMan and officer Andeey came and start shooting me, then i exit from my vehicle and i was Idle suspect and we were talking....
After some second both officer start shooting me while i was IDLE suspect and UNARMED so i felled down from the shots (/hurt 1) and they killed me while i was on the ground IDLE - UNARMED
