mike_tecs - Misuse of Firearms and Unlawfully Aiming Weapons

Description of events:
Mark Hansley and I were on duty as EMT's with SANCARE Ambulance Service, when got pulled over by ARPD Officers [Blo0dy]ThePunisher and mike_tecs. We did not know the reason of the pullover and then Officer mike then proceeded to get in, we explained to him we would not heal him because we were RP'ing medics and unless he RP'd an injury he would not get healed. He then proceeded to aim an Assault Rifle, I believe an M4 then took out his Deagle instead and shot at the ground, just near our tire. They then left the scene.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the October the 5th  2013, at 04:01 a report was submitted by Alex "Pulse" Treblin as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant Dario Cipone

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

- Mr. Treblin was on duty as medic in his Ambulance, when Officer Tecs came pretending to be "healed". And, he have used to shoot on the ground and to aim an heavy weapon without any reason to an emergency state agency.

-- In conclusion, Mr. Treblin has to understand that he cannot force nobody to join in his RP because it goes against the server rules.
And, Officer Tecs will go through 1 hour as copban for a misuse of weapons in the hope that he will learn in the future by following the ARPD Rules.
