PROPOSAL - SANCARE Ambulance Service - 911 Contract
« on: October 04, 2013, 18:04:42 pm »

From the Office of SANCARE Ambulance Service to the Office of ARPD Chief Plam_Knight

We are here requesting a potential municipal 911 contract. This contract would allow SANCARE EMS to provide 911 service to all of Argonath citizens. We honor our motto, "Serving the Public through Professionalism, Respect, and Honor", and will continue to. We staff highly trained Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics, and a vast support staff.

This is something that should be directed towards Argonath Government officials not ARPD leaders.

We were told to report here to Chief Knight. ARPD primarily provides 911 dispatch.

Man, calm down. He'll respond when he'll do. Patience is the key, being impatient will only make you look bad.

Isn't this contract a bit redundant.

I honestly thought the same, I don't understand how would any ARPD service benefit from this contract. Any EMS is obliged to respond to roleplay calls, whenever it is SAFD, San Care or volunteers. You don't need a contract for that.

As SANCARE Is a private EMS provider ARPD my sign a contract for SANCARE to respond to 911 calls as EMS is a seprate state provider

...The statement above would have to be translated for me.

Besides; I myself think this contract is eventually pointless; You can easily do it already without any restrictions to match.
Bit of a waste of time in my eyes.

I'm sorry you feel that way. This is honestly not meant to sound nasty, SAFD EMS just had an inactivity sweep and all its members were fired. Some resigned or transferred to Fire. The group "EMS" does not have any more members either. ARFD, EMS, and SANCARE all cooperate and work together. IRL, when a Private Ambulance Company provides 911 service to a town, the local Government or PD/FD signs a contract with them. It doesn't entail financial assistance in this case. It only means we are obligated to respond to 911 calls and other emergencies within Argonath.

As we are a Private Volunteer EMS group new to the Govermebt, I'm sure you understand the formality of the matter.
