[SA:MP] SAPD ( Recruting too easy ?? )
« on: November 25, 2013, 19:32:09 pm »
Well I think that is too easy to be a SAPD Officer in RS5 , I mean there is a lot more things that you need to know to be a SAPD officer. I think what we can do is leave the cop test how is is but when you finish it you get Cadet rank and to be promoted you will need to request a Interview here in arpd.argonathrpg.com and after that be Interviewed like we are now (In the same way of  a RS4 Interview).

Like the following steps:

-> Who is the SAPD Director ?

-> What to do In a kidnap situation ?

-> What to do In a bank robbery situation ?

-> Who can you kill in a cop duty ?

-> What are the other Law enforcements ?

-> Shooting Test

-> Driving Test

(After this you will get Rank Cadet)

-> And then request a Interview on arpd.argonathrpg.com

(If you pass you will be promoted to officer if you don't you stay as cadet )

Hope you like some of my ideas :)

That's the way Gandalf wants it, so that's the way it'll be.
If people wish to move further up ranks then they have to apply on this forum and go through additional training.

Always a bit of a Catch 22 - people don't want others to discriminate against ARPD Officers, but when changes are made they are challenged.
I believe the point is being made about "ARPD Officers" being given a more obvious position in comparison to other members of official law enforcement. Personally I think it's a great idea, making new players feel closer to the SAPD.

This is easily solvable because as an experience of being a ARPD/SAPD Officer, you learn these things yourself. If that doesn't tag along you can always call a partner to help you.

No changes in recruitment is expected any time soon. The current system is currently adapting to RS5 and the President's vision for policing and will continue to do so as the full release inches closer.

If you have any further questions, you may send me a message to my inbox.
