Brief description of the incident: I was being constantly followed (stalking) and rear ended by an officer (reckless driving). I told him to stop following me many times yet he refused to comply.

Dear KhornateMonkey,

the mister you are reporting is not an official LCPD member, therefore a complaint cannot be opened against him. It is suggested to contact a higher ranked officer in game in order to deal with him and eventually issue a punishment in case the officer does not cooperate.
