Description of events:
Someone kept following me and my friend Tareeq, I drove in front of him as T jumped in front of his vehicle, telling him to stop doing what he was doing. At that point mister Matthew stopped right next to us, accused us of agression and usage of drugs. In the PD he kept making fun of how my friend speaks, after that we escaped with the help of [censored] after our DEATH he again stopped me but this time he smashed my window with a batton and jailed me.

Okay, so this is my side of the story.

Me and tareeq were driving from ganton to Idlewood, we were followed by an medic who previous to this constantly harrased us as he is .. how do I put this.. it's Zlatan Capone, the kid that uses hacks when he gets mad, so I guess we got onto his bad side. Tareeq exsits the car, doing /riot and asking him what he was doing., like on queue officer Matthew and .. that other guy.. roll in , accusing us of harrasment and usage of drugs, the car was badly damaged and they thought that a couple of homies were having a few joints.. So I agreed to get investigated, in the investigation room Matthew said that they searched through my car (force RP as there was no car, as I despawned it as soon as I exited it, don't want those mexicans taking my cars) to which I responded in OOC that they didn't, but I was fine with it as long as they didn't say they found weed in it, but than Matthew PMed me, to which I saw as OOC talk that they found my car, and offers me money as a bet, to which I respond even more OOCly, even so that it broke the Roleplay we were having, we went downstairs and WOAH, no car, how strange, oh and matthew you owe me 1k. So they go upstairs and I get a ride from Tareeq and a gvardia, we to FBI HQ at which point the car blows up, I run upstairs and am followed by cops, because I know argonath and if I just stood still they would of killed me even though I had no way to exit, and had no weapons on me, I wanted to roleplay but as I said, this is argonath, so I wanted to be a part of the god damn Assasians Creed club and jumped from a roof to another roof, ofcourse I failed and fell. As I died I respawned at Market hospital, so I went and searched for Tareeq, and as soon as I started driving I hear behind me the same guys that ruined my life once before, okay, I stop, he tells me I need resuspect, I get it he didn't know the rules, so I make a U-turn, and he stops me, the fact that I made a U-turn was his god damn fault, I mean which cop stops a guy who he just killed! So he gets all pissy with me and breaks my window, which I could sue him for as he let's say cut my hands as the window shattered, he wants me to pay 200$ for something he did, ofcourse I don't pay and rather get paid by the state that I have to deal with people like him.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On March 22,  2014, at 19:44 HOURS a report was submitted by Jaka Banks as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Staff Sergeant Nexus Riggs

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- We have analyzed and contemplated the chatlogs, photographs and statements from both sides. Initially, the civilian refused to comply with the given orders, then refused to pay the $150.00 fine. However, during the traffic stop, Officer Matthew used his duty weapon in an inappropriate circumstance by unnecessarily shattering the windows of a State vehicle instead of taking preliminary steps to cooperate with the civilian to proceed with the traffic stop according to SAPD Procedures. 


-- In conclusion, Officer Matthew will be verbally warned for this misdemeanor.
